If so, the Universal Orlando Resort may have something that will cure your Harry Potter blues – an official three-day celebration dedicated to the decade-long movie series that will allow any HP fan to re-live the greatest moments while getting a behind-the-scenes look at Harry Potter like never before. 

Taking place from Friday, November 11 through Sunday, November 13, The Wizarding World of Harry Potter at Universal’s Islands of Adventure will host “A Celebration of the Harry Potter Films.” The title of this special event says it all, as this is truly an opportunity for fans to come together to share their love, celebrate their favorite stories and memories with filmmakers, cast members and fellow fans of the Harry Potter series. While The Wizarding World of Harry Potter will remain open to all park guests during this event, there will be special event packages that guests can purchase ahead of time to get the optimum Harry Potter experience. Benefits will include autograph signings with the stars of the films, Q&A sessions with filmmakers, cast members and the creators of The Wizarding World of Harry Potter at Universal Orlando, special movie screenings of all eight films at the AMC Universal Cineplex 20 and, to top it all off, a spectacular evening gala in The Wizarding World of Harry Potter. 

There are currently two vacation packages available for guests who want to experience all that the celebration has to offer. The Celebration Package includes four nights at a Universal partner hotel, a 3-day ticket to the two theme parks at the Universal Orlando Resort, early park admission into Universal’s Islands of Adventure, a reservation to a Q&A session, a commemorative pin and the Harry Potter Blu-Ray set. Meanwhile, the Premier Package includes admission to the aforementioned gala on Sunday, November, 13, a reservation to a cast member autograph session and breakfast at the Three Broomsticks. 

Guests will also have the opportunity to explore The Wizarding World of Harry Potter all throughout their stay, where fans can become part of the film series by drinking Butterbeer or drifting through the skies on Harry Potter and the Forbidden Journey.
