Take a photo with a light-up lotus blossom at the China Pavilion in Epcot

New photo opportunities have been popping up all over Walt Disney World. The glowing Rapunzel lantern at Disney’s Magic Kingdom was the first prop to be used with PhotoPass and now guests can light up in pictures with a light-up lotus blossom flower in the China pavilion at Epcot.

The China pavilion is one of the most gorgeous with serene landscapes, tranquil ponds, gorgeous architecture and soothing music. The elaborate details of the pavilion make it the perfect place for a gorgeous keepsake photo. Guests will be photographed amidst China’s beauty while holding a vibrant light-up lantern. What a perfect way to remember your day in the “Forbidden City.”

Epcot is known for its stunning sights and photo ops

You can purchase photos taken with this prop individually or receive unlimited digital downloads of your photos from Disney PhotoPass Service by purchasing Memory Maker before, during or after your Disney visit.

No word yet on whether this opportunity will stick around, but for now take advantage of the unique picture. The glowing photo op is located in front of the dragon topiary starting at 7:30 p.m.

The Rapunzel Photo Pass opportunity is also still available. Guests can let their hair down and get a picture of you and a luminous lantern near Rapunzel Tower. The photo-op has been extended until further notice.
