Epcot Festival of the Holidays

Get ready to experience holiday cheer at Walt Disney World! The former Holidays Around the World is now the Epcot International Festival of Holidays and the festivities will kick off November 19.

Like many festivals at Epcot, the Festival of the Holidays will include food! The event invites guests to enjoy seasonal treats and holiday foods in the park’s 15 Holiday Kitchens. Get into the holiday spirit with snowflake sugar cookies and warm apple fritters with cinnamon ice cream at the Odyssey. Meanwhile, the Canada pavilion will serve up Maple Buche de Noel.

Guests can also enjoy the popular Candlelight Processional featuring a retelling of the traditional Christmas story by a celebrity narrator and music from a 50-piece orchestra and mass choir. This year the show will welcome a few new narrators, including  Laurie Hernandez, Matt Bomer, Ana Gasteyer, Pat Sajak and more. The Candlelight Processional is performed three times a night at 5:00, 6:45 and 8:15 p.m. at American Gardens Theatre from November 24 through December 30.

The World Showcase will host a slew of holiday entertainment. Each pavilion will share its holiday traditions through music and shows. New this year is an interactive musical group that interweaves the music of Hanukkah with jazz, rock and hip-hop influences. Returning favorites include JOYFUL! A Gospel Celebration of the Season and Canadian Holiday Voyageurs.

End the magical night with the holiday version of Epcot’s popular nighttime fireworks show IllumiNations: Reflections of Earth
