‘Happily Ever After’ Nighttime Spectacular Debuts May 12

Happily Ever After at Disney’s Magic Kingdom

There is nothing more spectacular than standing in front of Cinderella Castle at night – well, maybe except for standing in front of Cinderella Castle at night as characters from some of Disney’s most popular movies dance around as fireworks sparkle in the sky. That’s exactly what you’ll experience this May 12 when Walt Disney World debuts the Happily Ever After nighttime show.

The new show will combine storytelling, characters, fireworks and more for an unforgettable night.

The show inspires guests to seek out their own “Happily Ever After” by showcasing some of the greatest adventures Disney characters have taken to achieve their dreams.

Thanks to the inclusion of projection mapping technology, Disney characters will be featured in the show, including moments from Moana, The Princess and the Frog, Brave, Big Hero 6, Aladdin and Zootopia.

In addition, the show will feature the latest fireworks and pyrotechnics, along with a heart-tugging new musical score, created specifically for the nighttime spectacular.

Happily Ever After replaces Wishes Fireworks Spectacular but guests will still get a piece of the popular nighttime experience with the Fireworks Dessert Party and the inclusion of Tinker Bell in the new show.

Happily Ever After opens at Disney’s Magic Kingdom on May 12, 2017. You can find discounted tickets to the show right here on Best of Vegas.
