LEGOLAND Florida is at it again! This time Orlando’s newest theme park is adding even more fun for the kiddos with the addition of the toddler-dedicated area, DUPLO Valley! Expected to open in spring of this year, DUPLO Valley will bring to life a line of preschool building toys with new farm-themed attractions, an air-conditioned indoor play area and a water play area for children ages 2 – 5.

Let’s face it, toddlers have lots of energy and sometimes they just need one spot where they can laugh, play and run out their energy. That place will be DUPLO Village and we can almost guarantee you that the parents will love this new toddler play area as much as the kids. With a train, a mini tractor and water play area kids won’t be bored for one second as they hop from one fun-filled attraction to another.

The central theme will be the DUPLO Train where toddler can board a train of their own or with their parents and explore countryside-themed scenery passing through farms, fishing holes and campgrounds. Across the way, kids can hop on a tractor and help farmers plow the cornfields and hunt for missing farm animals. In the summer months the play area will be a welcome change to the hot and humid weather as kids splash around with fun water spouts and interactive water elements set among larger-than-life farm animals.

Kids will also be able to escape the heat in an indoor, air-conditioned DUPLO Barn. The barn, which already exists at the park will undergo extreme enhancements to make it match the DUPLO Valley. Current attractions will be improved with additional DUPLO farm-themed play areas and a toddler room where parents can relax while children build with DUPLO bricks. There will also be a Baby Care Center that will provide amenities to take care of young children.

In addition to DUPLO Valley, LEGOLAND Florida also recently announced plans for a 152-room LEGO-themed hotel steps away from the entrance to the theme park. Expected to open in 2015, the multicolored, four-story LEGOLAND Hotel will continue to immerse guests into the world of LEGO.
