Paddlefish Restaurant Opens at Disney Springs
Disney Springs newest seafood restaurant, Paddlefish, is now open.

Despite being located in the former Fulton’s Crab House, Paddlefish is nothing like the old establishment. The restaurant has received a complete update with a sleek and modern feel as well as a brand new rooftop lounge.

Don’t expect to eat the same food from Fulton’s Crab House either. Paddlefish has a wide array of new drinks and menu items like the lobster risotto, lobster corn dogs, jambalaya, lobster guacamole and branzino carved right at the table.

The updated beverage menu includes 175 wines, six craft beers and specialty drinks like the Prohibition Mai Tai, Lilly Spritz and Southern Sangria.

Diners can enjoy their drinks and meals in three different locales: the main dining room, a ‘Boil Room’ where you can create your own seafood boils, and the new rooftop deck, which will serve snacks and punch until 1 a.m.

Paddlefish is now open for lunch and dinner, plus a Sunday brunch service.

The Brunch menu includes Crab & Asparagus Benedict, Monte Cristo, Corned Beef Hash, New Orleans BBQ Shrimp and Breakfast Burger. The Seafood Boil Menu lets you build-your-own with Blue Crab, Crawfish, Queen Crab, Clams & Mussels, King Crab, Gulf Shrimp and Lobster. Specialty boils include the Cracker, Low Country Boil, New England, and Alaska.
