Snapbot Guide: How to Use Snapchat Glasses at Universal Orlando

Snapchat Spectacles at Universal Orlando

Sharing your Orlando theme park excursions with friends and family is one of the most exciting things about going to an Orlando theme park. Now you can do it instantly thanks to the new Snapchat Spectacles available at Universal Orlando.

The new glasses allow guests to capture a moment and immediately post it to their Snapchat accounts. All you have to do is tap the button on the top left of the glasses to begin recording the fun. Each video lasts 10 seconds. When you are done send them to your phone over Wi-Fi, and voila – everybody can see!

We should mention that not all rides will allow you to wear the Snapchat Spectacles. Some attractions forbid filming and others won’t let riders wear loose items or accessories.

The Spectacles are available at three different Snapbot dispensers: one next to the splash fountain at CityWalk, another inside Universal Studios next to Alcatraz Bar, and another in Islands of Adventure near Toon Lagoon Games.

The glasses come in three different colors – black, coral or teal.

For a chance to capture the moment and send it on to friends and family, try the new Snapchat Spectacles with discounted Universal Orlando tickets here on Best of Orlando. While you’re there, don’t miss Universal’s updated holidays with a new Holiday Parade, Christmas at the Wizarding World of Harry Potter, Grinchmas at Islands of Adventure and many more festivities.
