Sneak Peek: Stargazer Lounge at Planet Hollywood Observatory

Stargazer Lounge at Planet Hollywood Observatory at Disney Springs

While the Planet Hollywood Observatory at Disney Springs is keeping celebrities as a feature with movie memorabilia and video screens, the focus of the restaurant has shifted a bit during its reconstruction and will now accommodate the observatory theming, emphasizing literal stars. This is where the Stargazer Lounge comes in.

The Stargazer Lounge will serve specialty cocktails all named to reference planets and space travel. Two of them have already been announced - The Observatory and the Sparkling Sputnik.

The Observatory is sweet with Stoli vodka, tangy Limoncino Bottega, Monin Peach Tea and an infusion of bubbles from Maschio Prosecco. The Sputnik combines prosecco, sparkling water, fresh lime juice and mint leaves.

Meanwhile, the Observatory has shared pictures of some of the other food options including World Famous Chicken Crunch, Mac N’ Cheese Burger, New York Strip, and the mouthwatering Supernova Shakes.   Planet Hollywood Observatory and Stargazer Lounge will open in Town Center at Disney Springs.   Stay tuned for more details about its opening date.
