Vampires are on the loose at the From Dusk Till Dawn House at HHN 24 in Universal Orlando.

Universal Orlando recently revealed the second haunted house for Halloween Horror Nights 24, and it sounds like it will be a bloody one! Based on the television drama “From Dusk Till Dawn” this sinister haunted house will take guests through a maze of vampire chomping horrors.

According to Universal, guests should expect to walk through a “sinister nightclub,” which is located above ancient cursed ruins where serpent-like vampires called Culebras thirst for your blood. Santanico Pandemonium, the Queen Vampire from the series will also make a gory that is sure to be the highlight of the maze.

“We will feature the over-the-top gore that the show does so well and our guests will come face-to-face with Robert’s unique and wickedly cool take on the vampire mythos that is completely authentic to the show," said Michael Aiello, director of entertainment at Universal Orlando. "From the nightclub interiors to the inner sanctum of its tombs, these bloodthirsty beasts will be everywhere and have a thirst that can’t be quenched.”
If you’re unfamiliar with From Dusk Till Dawn: The Series, it had a 10-episode first season on the El Rey Network, which debuted last year. The drama is a spin-off of a 1996 cult film of the same name also directed by Robert Rodriguez and written by Quentin Tarantino.

“Universal Studios’ Halloween Horror Nights event is the ideal platform to take fans of ‘From Dusk Till Dawn’ to literally experience the terror of stepping into the show,” Rodriguez said.  “This maze will capture the visceral excitement and thrills of the series, and I can’t wait to experience it myself.” which will be constructed in Orlando and at Universal Studios Hollywood in California.

This is the second Halloween Horror Nights haunted house revealed by Universal. Universal has already confirmed the return of “The Walking Dead” haunted house for a third consecutive year.

Universal has already begun construction on the event so we imagine we’ll be hearing more about the haunted houses and other terrors that will hit the park this September very soon. In the meantime you can always enjoy the magical world of Harry Potter at the new The Wizarding World of Harry Potter – Diagon Alley at Universal Studios with discounted tickets right here on Best of Orlando.

Halloween Horror Nights will begin scaring the pants off guests September 19 and run through November 1. Stay tuned for more details on the annual gore-fest.
