The Epcot International Food & Wine Festival may be all about food but guests can also enjoy some entertainment thanks to the World Showcase musical acts. In addition to the always popular Eat to the Beat Concert Series, featuring 11 new artists, the World Showcase welcomes back some popular bands and singers and a few newbies too. Let’s take a look at this year’s authentic performers:
Margret Almer & The Bavarian Band
World famous yodeler Margret Almer is at Epcot performing with The Bavarian Band at the Germany pavilion. She will continue to yodel her way into your heart now through the holiday season.
New to Epcot, the renowned band Suroit, who hails from Canada’s Magdalen Islands in eastern Quebec, is spicing things up with their sound that infuses Cajun, Celtic, bluegrass and rock music. They are currently rocking the Mill Stage now through October 1.
Returning favorite Musique Aramenco is now at the Morocco pavilion through December 30. The band fuses traditional and modern Moroccan music that pairs perfectly with your Moroccan small plates at this year’s event.
In October, the Food & Wine Festival will bring back the popular group Bodh’aktan. The band mixes Quebecois, folk and polka to make incredible rock and dance music. The kilted band will be entertaining at the Canada pavilion October 2-22.
The musical quartet Raffy will round out the foodie event October 22-November 26 on the Mill Stage. Raffy has found success on a live tour, appearances on TV and radio airplay of their first hit single.
Don’t miss these new and returning musical acts this fall at the 22nd Annual Epcot International Food & Wine Festival. As always you can find discounted tickets to Walt Disney World here on Best of Orlando.
