The Walt Disney World resort will light up the night sky with 4th of July fireworks

Central Florida has no shortage of entertainment 365 days a year, but on the 4th of July, there is an extra special lineup of patriotic fun for the entire family! From Walt Disney World to SeaWorld Orlando and the Universal Orlando Resort, every park will have a unique way to celebrate Independence Day this year.

Magic Kingdom Park

The Magic Kingdom Park is one of the most popular places for visitors to go on July 4 because of the special fireworks show, Celebrate America! – A Fourth of July Concert in the Sky. This special tribute to the Stars and Stripes lasts 15 minutes and features special music and fireworks themed to celebrate America. The 360-degree display also makes it one of the best fireworks shows in the nation. If you don’t want to face the crowds on the 4th, don’t worry – you have another shot, as Celebrate America! – A Fourth of July Concert in the Sky will blast off at 9pm on both July 3 and 4.

Epcot

Epcot has several ways to get into the 4th of July spirit, starting with a special ending to Illuminations: Reflections of Earth, the nightly fireworks show. At the end of Illuminations, be sure to stick around, as a special tribute to America takes place with an explosive finale. (Tip: Get a view of the American pavilion and pay attention to the lasers and lights that are featured there during the show!).
Activities will take place the entire day at the American Adventure, including characters dressed in patriotic attire, and a special Voices of Liberty 4th of July Concert. This patriotic a cappella group will put on this concert three times on July 4 at 5:30, 6:45 and 8:00pm, giving you just enough time to get in place for the special Illuminations performance.

There’s plenty of new things at SeaWorld Orlando including night entertainment

SeaWorld Orlando
SeaWorld Orlando continues to celebrate summer with their Electric Ocean celebration, a new way for guests to charge up their visit to SeaWorld. With a high-energy Shamu show and the return of Sea Lions Tonite, late hours, DJ entertainment and more, Electric Ocean will be in full swing for any visitor to the park on July 4. At 10pm on Indpendence Day, the night sky will light up with fireworks, pyrotechnics and lasers during a one-of-a-kind, patriotic finale to “Ignite,” SeaWorld’s new end-of-day spectacle. While you’re there, be sure to ride on SeaWorld’s three most popular coasters – Mako, Kraken and Manta!

Finally, Universal Orlando Resort also is getting into the 4th of July spirit with thrilling new attractions and fun!
