This time, they are taking over Production Central and transforming it into Illumination Ave with an officially declared Minion Land. In Summer 2023, the popular ride Despicable Me Minion Mayhem will be joined by a new attraction, Illumination’s Villain-con Minion Blast. The adventure will take gamers into the biggest criminal convention on the planet where they will have a chance to compete against each other to see if they have what it takes to become the newest member of The Vicious 6, a notorious group of supervillains from the hit film, “Minions: The Rise of Gru.” In addition to the ride, the area will also include a new dining location - Minion Cafe.

Universal’s Great Movie Escape at Universal CityWalk - The first-ever escape room experience is coming to Universal’s CityWalk in 2023. Universal’s Great Movie Escape will feature two rooms where brave guests will be immersed in state-of-the-art missions with captivating storytelling and intricately detailed sets.
