Spring has sprung and with the gorgeous flowers comes some sweet treats at Walt Disney World. From soft-serve delights to character cupcakes, here’s how you can satisfy your spring sweet tooth at the Orlando theme park:

The recent line of Briar Rose Gold merchandise has expanded to sweet treats. Disney chefs have created beautiful rose gold desserts that are almost too pretty to eat. Enjoy several rose gold confections including a Rose Gold Orange Cream Tart at the Marketplace at Ale & Compass and Beach Club Marketplace, both at Disney’s Yacht and Beach Club Resort. The orange custard tart is finished with vanilla bean mouse and white chocolate glacage and is topped with white chocolate ears.

At Disney’s BoardWalk, the BoardWalk Bakery is serving up a Briar Rose Gold Scooter Pie - a Minnie-shaped cookie sandwich with marshmallow, raspberry white chocolate and a Briar Rose Gold Minnie bow.

The Briar Rose Gold eats continues at Disney’s Contemporary Resort with the Briar Rose Gold Raspberry Cake filled with vanilla custard. You can find the cake at Contempo Cafe. Disney’s All-Star Resorts, Disney’s Art of Animation, Disney’s Pop Century Resort, Disney’s Port Orleans, Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort and Disney’s Saratoga Springs Resort & Spa also offer a Briar Rose Gold chocolate cupcake with strawberry filling topped with buttercream, a mini waffle cone, and rose gold chocolate ears.

Get a taste of spring with the Rose Gold Vanilla Cupcake filled with guava custard and topped with rose gold buttercream and fondant at Capt. Cook’s at Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort. If you prefer a drink by the pool sip on the Rose Gold Sunset Margarita with tequila and orange liqueur mixed with flavors of mango, guava, and ginger from the Oasis and Barefoot Pool Bars.

The final Briar Rose Gold treat can be found at Disney’s Animal Kingdom and includes the Rose Gold Brownie at Creature Comforts. The brownie is topped with a strawberry mousse dome decorated with white chocolate ears. Disney’s Animal Kingdom is also serving the Most Beautiful Cake inspired by one of the popular mural’s found in Harambe Market. The coconut cake is filled with pineapple and topped with creamy coconut mousse and accompanied with coconut crisps.

Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort will tingle your tastebuds with the Te Fiti Cone with lime soft serve available at Pineapple Lanai. There is also the refreshing Corazon Blanco Tequila frozen Margarita blended with Dole Whip lime.

The final treats are two character cupcakes. Disney’s All-Star Movies Resort is offering the Herbie the Love Bug Cupcake with devil’s food cake, chocolate mousse and white chocolate available through May 31. Disney’s All-Star Music Resort enchants with the Tinkerbell Cupcake made with chocolate cake, key lime filling, key lime buttercream, white chocolate fairy wings and pixie dust available through April 30!
