Orlando Water Parks
Summer isn’t summer without some water splashes so before the kids head back to school give them one final splash at an Orlando water park. Luckily, Orlando offers several different types of water parks for every kiddo’s interest. From pure thrills at Disney’s Typhoon Lagoon and Disney’s Blizzard Beach to a tropical excursion at Universal’s Volcano Bay and even water parks with animal encounters like Discovery Cove and SeaWorld’s Aquatica.

Fun Spot
Just like water parks, summer also means enjoying trips to Orlando theme parks. Walt Disney World, Universal Orlando and SeaWorld Orlando are all popular spots to play this summer, but don’t forget about Fun Spot America.  Fun Spot couples thrill rides with other fun like Go-kart racing, family rides, an arcade midway and more.

Stay at a LEGOLAND Hotel

The kids will love exploring the numerous areas and can easily spend 4-5 hours here.

Kennedy Space Center
For some educational fun before the official start of school head to Kennedy Space Center. The center makes learning about space and space exploration fun through NASA displays, real space shuttles, memorabilia and more.

ICON Park
ICON park is a great place to blow off some steam during these last days of summer. An all-in-one place to play, the entertainment district offers everything form indoor fun like Sea Life Aquarium and Madame Tussauds to the massive Wheel that offers incredible views of Orlando. Gatorland
We love alligators her win Florida and we’re betting your kids do too. If so, pack up the crew for a final summer visit to Gatorland. The park is home to hundreds of alligators and other animals native to Florida. Gatorland also includes some thrills like the Screamin’ Gator Zip Line as well as animal shows and other attractions.
