As Walt Disney originally planned for his parks, things are continuing to grow and change around Walt Disney World resort. Several Disney resorts have been undergoing renovations to bring guests upgraded hotel rooms and other new resort experiences. Disney has revealed their latest plans for the Caribbean Beach Resort, which should be finishing up in the next few months.

Guests can expect two new dining experiences at Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort. The former Shutters table-service restaurant will be reimagined into the all-new Sebastian’s Bistro! Ariel’s favorite Caribbean crustacean will be serving up a menu that combines both Latin and Caribbean flavors while featuring market-fresh ingredients. Sebastian’s Bistro will be located on the Ole Port Royale waterfront, where he invites you to dine on island time. Sebastian and his fishy friends are sure to pop up amongst the theming and details within the restaurant’s abstract artwork as well, so be on the lookout for that.

Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort’s second new dining location, Centertown Market, will be a quick-service location. This area is being expanded to create an indoor street market feel for guests. The Caribbean vibes will extend into this new ordering area, featuring accents like glowing, colorful lights made from glass bottles. From the wooden light posts to the open shutters, Disney thought of every detail. Looking to grab something on the go? Guests will also have access to coffee and small bites at the Grab ‘n’ Go market!

No official dates have been announced for the openings of these new dining experiences, but I think it’s safe to say Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort goers have some exciting things to look forward to!
