One of the best ways to resort hop and eat around Walt Disney World is from EPCOT exiting from the International Gateway entrance to Disney BoardWalk. Just a short walk away is plenty of fun, dining, and more waiting for you at the surrounding resorts! The BoardWalk around Crescent Lake features Disney’s BoardWalk Inn, Disney’s Yacht & Beach Club, and even the Walt Disney World Swan & Dolphin. Today we’re sharing our top spots to grab a bite around Disney’s BoardWalk Area!

BoardWalk Deli
We’re starting our list with the newest spot to grab a bite on the Boardwalk! BoardWalk Deli recently opened at Disney’s BoardWalk Inn and it’s serving guests daily for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Here you’ll find breakfast bagel sandwiches, delicious subs and wraps, and an array of salads and sides. BoardWalk Deli is a quick service location, making a grab-and-go meal on your way to EPCOT easier than ever. They even offer Mobile Ordering!

Beaches & Cream Soda Shop
If you’re spending time on the BoardWalk, you’ll want to make the trip to Disney’s Beach Club to try  the Beaches & Cream Soda Shop. This table service restaurant is open for lunch and dinner, serving up a menu of fountain favorites and hot-off-the-grill items, too. Known for its sundaes, shakes, and malts, it’s safe to say you’re going to want to save room for dessert! Although this restaurant does require a reservation, there’s a walk-up list available on the My Disney Experience app and a walk-up window for to-go ice cream and beverage orders for those who want to enjoy the views of Stormalong Bay.

BoardWalk Ice Cream
BoardWalk Ice Cream is Disney’s BoardWalk Inn’s newest ice cream spot and it’s a must-do if you’re staying at the resort or along Crescent Lake. With more than ten ice cream flavors to try, you’ll surely find a scoop that speaks to every person in your group. This location is known for its shakes and sundaes – there’s even one inspired by Mickey Mouse! Open daily from 3 PM to 11 PM, BoardWalk Ice Cream is the perfect stop for a mid afternoon treat or a quick cone after a day at the parks.

Ale & Compass
This next spot is a table service location open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Ale & Compass is located at Disney’s Yacht Club and is known for its delicious menu of New England comfort foods! For breakfast, we suggest the Breakfast Buffet, where you choose one entree and enjoy the additional buffet area of assorted fruits, pastries, yogurt, and more. For lunch and dinner, Ale & Compass has favorites like lobster and corn chowder, jumbo lump crab cakes, and more. If you can’t secure a reservation, try the walk-up list on the My Disney Experience app!

If you’re exploring the World Showcase and looking for a break from the hustle and bustle of the parks for a bit, walk right out of EPCOT through the International Gateway and make your way to the BoardWalk area. You’re sure to find a great meal and a place to relax for a bit before heading back to the parks.
