This option is great for larger groups, and with four types of campsites this resort is sure to have the best setup to accommodate your needs. Campsites can support a maximum of 10 guests per site, and each campsite is equipped with electrical hook ups, water, privacy-enhancing landscaping, cable television, a charcoal grill, and a picnic table!
Train Like An Archer
Guests who are 7 years or older can sign up for an archery experience at Disney’s Fort Wilderness. This experience is 90 minutes and focuses on firing bows at range targets. To keep things fun and safe, the class sizes are limited to only 10 guests. With such a small class, each new marksman is able to receive personalized tips from the Archery Guide to truly excel in your archery skills!
Visit Tri-Circle-D Ranch
Near the Campsites you’ll find Tri-Circle-D Ranch! These stables house Cinderella’s ponies and the horses you see on Main Street U.S.A. If you love animals, you’ll have a blast visiting all of the sweet breeds found here. Take control of your own Disney adventure by seeing the resort and surrounding areas from a new perspective. Disney Fort Wilderness Resort & Campgrounds offers canoe and kayak rentals by the hour for guests ages 18 or older. This boats can be rented daily from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM for $13 an hour from The Bike Barn. Although reservations aren’t required, rentals will be given on a first-come, first-served basis!
