An iconic Disney treat has been turned into a boozy brunch staple. While adding alcohol to Dole Whip is not a new concept within the Disney parks, creating a new pineapple treat mimosa like this surely is! Wine Bar George located in The Landing area of Disney Springs has recently announced their “Wine Country Brunch” which will feature a Dole Whip mimosa as a part of the menu.

The Wine Country Brunch will be served at Wine Bar George on Saturdays and Sundays starting on Saturday, March 30, 2019. The brunch menu will provide a full spread of flavors including something sweet, something savory, and other classic brunch entrees. Some featured menu items to look forward to are a brioche and mascarpone french toast topped with caramel sauce and a Wine Country Omelet featuring artichoke, olive, asparagus, and a tomato medley. Adding a Dole Whip mimosa to the menu is the perfect touch of Disney for a magical brunch experience like this.

In addition to the Dole Whip mimosa, Wine Bar George will also be offering a Dole Whip froscato. The Dole Whip mimosa will feature the classic Disney treat mixed with Moscato and prosecco, which the Dole Whip froscato swaps out the prosecco with vodka for a different boozy concoction! The mimosa is available for $15 and the froscato is $13 starting on Saturday, March 30.

Guests looking for non-Dole Whip brunch drink alternatives can choose from the Frosé (a frozen concoction containing rosé, vodka, and strawberry) or the Freaujolais (a frozen concoction created with beaujolais, vodka, and raspberry. Both drinks are available on the menu for $13 each.

For those planning to skip the brunch experience, both Dole Whip concoctions will available for a limited time at Wine Bar George’s walk up window, The Basket. This location also offers sandwiches, appetizers, wines on tap, and an array of beers and ciders. Guests can also build their own picnic basket for Wine Bar George goodies for around $60.

Disney’s shopping and dining district, Disney Springs, is home to so many unique dining experiences. The addition of these two boozy Dole Whip-infused brunch drinks are the perfect way to add the magic of the parks to a meal at Wine Bar George. So if you’re headed to the Most Magical Place on Earth anytime after Saturday, March 30, don’t forget to stop in and try a Dole Whip mimosa for yourself!
