We can always count on the Disney Parks for something new and exciting to experience, and this latest offering is no exception! DuckTales World Showcase Adventure at Walt Disney World was originally supposed to debut in 2020, but its launch was delayed a bit. We’re happy to announce that it’s now officially available in EPCOT!

What is DuckTales World Showcase Adventure?
DuckTales World Showcase Adventure is an interactive experience that’s available to guests visiting EPCOT. It is the long-awaited predecessor to Agent P’s World Showcase Adventure that’s fun for all ages!

This new game invites guests to join Donald, Scrooge McDuck, Huey, Dewey, Louie, Launchpad, and Webby as they search the World Showcase for priceless treasure.

How Much Does it Cost?
As long as you have a valid ticket into EPCOT and a smart device, DuckTales World Showcase Adventure is absolutely free. You’ll need to download the Play Disney Parks app and turn on your Bluetooth to activate.

How Do I Play?
Once you’ve scanned into EPCOT and downloaded the Play Disney Parks app, enter the app and look for games. Swipe until you get to the DuckTales World Showcase Adventure option and then tap “Let’s Go!”

Next you’ll choose which country you’d like to play in. Choices on the Play Disney Parks app include China, Germany, France, Japan, Mexico, Norway, and the United Kingdom. Once you’ve made your selection, your Adven-Share Mission will be revealed.

Starting in the country you’ve selected, the app will direct you around the World Showcase, following the prompts to complete your mission. The Play Disney Parks app is great about sharing images of what you’re searching for in each country and you may be surprised to see what elements come alive on your quest!

Missions will take guests about 25-30 minutes to complete. Each participating country has three assignments and one finale. If you’ve enjoyed your DuckTales World Showcase Adventure experience, feel free to try another Adven-Share Mission! You’ll earn an achievement within the Play Disney Parks app for every country you’ve completed. Once you’ve completed all seven countries, you’ll unlock a finale mission that’s only available to play in the Play Disney Parks app, too!

DuckTales World Showcase Adventure is available daily at EPCOT from park open to park close. If you’re waiting for your dining reservation to begin or your Genie+ or Lightning Lane window to open, this could be a great way to pass the time around World Showcase in EPCOT. With so many missions to complete, you’re bound to explore parts of the World Showcase that you’ve never seen before!
