Andy’s Backyard has been a Disney’s Hollywood Studios hot spot since its grand opening in June. With record-breaking wait times on opening day, Disney has made a point to add special opportunities for guests to experience Toy Story Land in a less-crowded setting. Events for D23 Members and Walt Disney World Annual Passholders were originally released, but Disney Early Morning Magic in Toy Story Land has been announced, and starts on September 17.

Disney Early Morning Magic is a concept that originally launched in Magic Kingdom back in 2016. With positive feedback on the experience from the guests in the past, Disney has decided to launch this program again, this time in Disney’s Hollywood Studios for guests to “Play Big.”

During Disney Early Morning Magic, guests will be the first to enter Toy Story Land for the day. Participating guests will experience much shorter wait times for all that Andy’s Backyard has to offer! From Slinky Dog Dash to Alien Swirling Saucers, all of the new experiences will be available. Keep an eye out for Woody, Buzz and Jessie! They will be out bright and early, ready to take pictures with you and your family.

Need to fuel up for such an exciting Disney morning? Walt Disney World has got you covered! With your event admission, you’ll also have access to a continental breakfast that will be available at a Quick Service location outside of Andy’s Backyard. So after you’re done playing big with Woody and Buzz, grab your share of fruit, yogurt, assorted cereals and pastries. For the main dish, guests can choose between avocado toast or fried chicken and a maple-glazed cronut!

Disney Early Morning Magic in Toy Story Land will begin on September 17 and take place on select Monday and Wednesday mornings until December 19. The event runs from 7:30 a.m. to 8:45 a.m. with continental breakfast available until 10 a.m. Disney Early Morning Magic does require a special event ticket, which can be purchased for $79 per adult (ages 10 and older) and $69 per child (ages 3-9). Regular theme park admission, in addition to the special event ticket, is required for Disney Early Morning Magic.

What better way is there to start a Disney day than in the all-new Toy Story Land? Space for this event is limited, so guests looking to take advantage of this extra play time in Andy’s Backyard should check availability online, or by calling the Disney Reservation Center at (407) 827-7350.
