EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival is here at Walt Disney World, so it’s the perfect time to take a peek at what fresh bites and sips you can expect this year! In case you missed it, Flower & Garden Festival takes place at EPCOT from March 2, 2022 through July 4, 2022. This year’s festival features almost 20 Outdoor Kitchens and we’re sharing the menus with you below!

Bauermarkt: Farmer’s Market
Germany’s outdoor kitchen is serving up Potato Pancakes with house-made applesauce or with caramelized ham, herb sour cream, and onions, Warm Cheese Strudel with mixed berries, and Toasted Pretzel Bread topped with melted Gruyere cheese and black forest ham. Festival sips from this outdoor kitchen include Apfelschaumwein, Premium Pilsner, Raspberry Radler, Hugo Lager, and a Beer Flight.

Cider House
At the United Kingdom pavilion you’ll find the Dark Chocolate Raspberry Tart with whipped cream and new BLT Scone with Nueske’s applewood-smoked bacon, basil, and sundried tomato. Festival sips include Watermelon Hard Cider, Triple Jam Hard Cider, Pure Brewed Organic Lager, Pink Lemonade Hard Cider, Snakebite with triple jam hard cider and pure brewed organic lager, and a Cider Flight.

The Citrus Blossom
Located near Port of Entry, you’ll find crisp and refreshing flavors inspired by citrus, of course! Menu items include their new Crispy Mojo Marinated Pork Belly with corn salsa, avocado cream, plantain chips, and salsa verde, a new Grapefruit Tart made with grapefruit curd, lychee jam, yuzu cream, and ginger mousse, and Tuna Tataki Bowl with avocado, spicy yuzu glaze, mango, and pappadam crisp. Citrus-inspired beverages include Key Lime Hibiscus Ale, Orange Sunshine Wine Slushy, Orange Peel Ale, Beer Flight, and an Orange-Lemon Smoothie in a Souvenir Orange Bird Sipper Cup.

EPCOT Farmers Feast
In World Discovery near Test Track presented by Chevrolet, you’ll find EPCOT Farmers Feast. This outdoor kitchen has the most unique menu of them all because its menu will change throughout the Flower & Garden Festival run. From March 2, 2022 until April 9, 2022, you’ll find the Early Bloom Menu, starting on April 10, 2022 through May 21, 2022 this booth has a Springtime Menu, and to round out the festival season, from May 22, 2022 until July 4, 2022, guests can sample the Summer Solstice Menu.

Early Bloom Menu
If you’re visiting EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival from March 2, 2022 through April 9, 2022, you can expect to find this menu at EPCOT Farmers Feast. Enjoy all three new offerings of Chilled Potato and Leek Soup “Vichyssoise” with crispy leeks and chive oil, Goat Cheese Creamsicle Pop made with orange cream, olive oil cake, goat cheese cremeux, and praline, and Char-grilled Bison Rib-Eye with roasted carnival cauliflower, creamy leek fondue, and Romanesco and port wine-goat cheese butter.

Springtime Menu
Next menu from this outdoor kitchen will be available from April 10, 2022 until May 21, 2022. Try new Grilled Vegetable Bruschetta with zucchini, marinate peppers, artichokes, goat cheese, squash, and balsamic glaze on grilled ciabatta, Strawberry Rhubarb Upside-down Cake with creme fraiche whipped cream, and Herb-crusted Spring Lamb with spring vegetables, marble potatoes, and red wine butter sauce.

Summer Solstice Menu
The last EPCOT Farmers Feast menu of the festival is available from May 22, 2022 until the end of the festival, July 4, 2022. Enjoy Tomato and Cornbread Panzanella with fresh basil and burrata cheese, Barbecue Seared Pork Tenderloin with grapefruit vinaigrette, herb butter, and summer succotash, and new A Whole Lotta Melon made with feta cheesecake with pickled watermelon rind, watermelon curd, compressed watermelon, and watermelon caramel.

EPCOT Farmers Feast’s beverages, Raspberry Lemon Verbena Whole-Leaf-Steeped Sparkling Hard Tea and Hibiscus Lemonade Cocktail featuring hibiscus gin, will be available all festival long!

EPCOT Sunshine Griddle
Not too far from Test Track presented by Chevrolet, you’ll find this outdoor kitchen in full bloom. Enjoy Shrimp and Grits with blackened shrimp, cheddar cheese grits, brown gravy, and sweet corn salsa, Avocado Toast with marinated toybox tomatoes on toasted ciabatta, Fried Cinnamon Roll Bites topped with candied bacon and cream cheese frosting, and Corned Beef Brisket Hash with a soft-poached egg, house-made potato barrels, peppers, onions, cheese curds, and Tabasco hollandaise. Their colorful Froot Loops Shake and specialty Joffrey’s Coffee Cold Brew Cocktail with rum and coffee liqueur, milk, and vanilla vodka are great for sipping while you’re admiring the topiaries!

Flavor Full Kitchen
This outdoor kitchen is hosted by AdventHealth and can be found between Imagination! and the Refreshment Port. Known for its Grilled Street Corn on the Cob, Flavor Full Kitchen is serving up fresh food and beverages that are sure to put a spring in your step. Food items include Seared Salmon with micro herbs and farro risotto, Strawberry Mousse with chocolate-crisp pearls, and their famous Grilled Street Corn on the Cob with savory garlic spread. Both beverage options are non-alcoholic, making them great for guests of any age! Choose from the playful Cookie Butter Worms and Dirt or the refreshing Blood Orange Agua Fresca.

Fleur de Lys
Fleur de Lys in France is bringing back their Beignet Caramélisé, Fourré Crème Vanille, Glacé au Caramel Fleur de Sel, and new bites like Pan Bagnat Classique with house-made bread, tomato, lettuce, celery, black olives, and albacore tuna mayonnaise, Salade de Lentilles à la Lyonnaise or French Green Lentil Salad with garlic sausage and bacon, and Croissant au Fromage de Chèvre, Herbes et Ail Rôtie with goat cheese, roasted garlic, and herbs. The famous La Vie en Rose Frozen Slush is back for the festival along with a VeRy Raspberry rose wine with natural raspberry flavor, French Wheat Draft Beer, and Grand Mimosa Cocktail with champagne, orange juice, and orange liqueur.

Funnel Cake
A new Strawberry Cheesecake Funnel Cake is available for Flower and Garden Festival this year! It features strawberry ice cream, strawberry drizzle, cheesecake crumbles, and whipped cream.

Hanami
This festival outdoor kitchen is known for its Frushi that features cantaloupe, pineapple, and strawberry wrapped in pink soy wrap and sweet rice, but this year you can also find two more festival bites. Try Chicken Yakitori made with grilled chicken, red pepper-shoyu emulsion, pickled onions, and scallions or Beef Tataki with red shiso sauce, sprouts, watermelon radish, and seared sirloin. Pair these bites with Ozeki Pineapple Nigori Sake, Yuzu Tilted Tonic Hard Seltzer, and Cucumber Cooler made with cucumber, sake, and vodka garnished with a cucumber slice.

The Honey Bee-stro
This buzzworthy outdoor kitchen is hosted by the National Honey Board and has been a festival favorite for years! Their Local Wildflower Honey-Mascarpone Cheesecake is a popular festival treat that’s served with whipped honey, orange blossom honey whipped cream, dehydrated honey, crystalized honey, honeycomb, and fennel pollen meringue kisses. Guests can also order the Lavender Honey Mustard-Marinated Chicken Flatbread with marinated vegetables, goat cheese, and whipped honey-ricotta cheese or the Tupelo Honey and Sweet Corn Spoon Bread with house-made whipped honey butter, jalapenos, and bacon. Even their sips are honey-inspired! Choose from Orange Blossom Honey Wine, Lemonade Mead, or a Honey-Peach Freeze that can be served in a Souvenir Spike the Bee Sipper Cup.

Jardin de Fiestas
Near the Mexico Pavilion, you’ll find three fresh new bites and some classic sips to sample at Jardin de Fiestas. Try a new Enchilada de Mole Negro made with chipotle chicken, avocado mousse, queso fresco, mole negro, and crema Mexicana in a corn tortilla, a new Tostado de Chorizo with plant-based chorizo, avocado mousse, black beans, and queso fresco all on a crispy corn tortilla, and new Taco Vampiro with barbacoa beef, salsa ranchera, esquites, and crispy grilled Monterey jack cheese all in a corn tortilla. For sips, there’s Craft Mexican Lager, Hypnotic Margarita featuring rosemary syrup, lemon juice, tequila blanco, mezcal, and cognac, and Poppy Flower Margarita with hibiscus flower tea, aperitivo, tequila blanco, blackcurrant liqueur, and cucumber juice with chile salt on the rim.

Joffrey’s Coffee & Tea Company
Joffrey’s has four fresh sips just in time for festival season! Near Canada you’ll find the new Strawberry Fields Refresher made with a lightly caffeinated blend of strawberry acai juice with blueberries and strawberries with a spirited option available featuring strawberry-lemongrass vodka. In World Discovery near Mission: SPACE you can try the Minty Melon Refresher with a lightly caffeinated blend of watermelon-cucumber-mint juice with strawberries and blueberries with a spirited option featuring watermelon-basil vodka. At The American Adventure you’ll find the new Wildberry Wonder Refresher with lightly caffeinated blend of strawberries, blueberries, and wildberry-hibiscus juice and a spirited option featuring tropical rum. Last in World Showcase near Disney Traders you can try the Pink Paradise Refresher with a lightly caffeinated blend of refreshing dragon fruit-lychee juice with blueberries and strawberries and the spirited option is made with watermelon-basil vodka.

La Isla Fresca
Located between Morocco and France, La Isla Fresca is stocked up with tropical tastes and sips to try! Choose from Arepas topped with melted queso fresco, Arepa topped with crushed avocado aji, tomato sauce, and shrimp, or new Arepa topped with chorizo. There’s a new dessert offering too, the Coconut Tres Leches made of vanilla cake soaked in almond milk, oat milk, and coconut milk with whipped cream and toasted coconut on top. A new Tropical Breeze beverage is making an appearance as both non-alcoholic and alcoholic options. You can also find Coconut Key Lime Ale and Tropical Perception White Sangria

Lotus House
This outdoor kitchen is located in China and features new Spicy Mala Chicken Skewers and House-made Cheesy Crab Wontons. Pair these bites with Jasmine Draft Beer, Marco Boba with boba, milk, and iced coffee, Tang Dynasty with pina colada mix, light rum, strawberry, tequila gold, soda water, and white boba pearls, Kung Fu Punch with orange juice, soda water, mango, triple sec, and vodka, and a new Rose Bubble Milk Tea.

Magnolia Terrace
If you’re in the mood for Southern flavors, Magnolia Terrace at the American Adventure pavilion is your place to be! Try House-made Boudin Bites made with BEN’S ORIGINAL Long Grain White Rice, Grilled Oysters with Cajun Butter, new Spicy Chicken Gumbo with Andouille sausage and BEN’S ORIGINAL Long Grain & Wild Rice, Southern Seafood Boil with mussels, shrimp, crawfish, potatoes, andouille sausage, and corn, and Pecan Praline. Their Bayou Cocktail is back along with American Light Ale, Orange Coriander Wheat Ale, Double IPA, and Beer Flights.

Northern Bloom
This Canada outdoor kitchen is a Flower & Garden Festival staple and this year is no exception. Enjoy Beef Tenderloin Tips with whipped potatoes, garden vegetables, and mushroom bordelaise sauce, Griddled Maple Pound Cake with sweet corn gelato and warm peach compote, and Seared Scallops with butter potatoes, applewood-smoked bacon, French green beans, and brown sugar vinaigrette. The Maple Popcorn Shake is back along with Blonde Ale, Apricot with Maple Syrup Blonde Ale, Blueberry Fruit Beer, and a Beer Flight.

Pineapple Promenade
This booth found near the Port of Entry is another Flower & Garden Festival favorite! Cool down with a DOLE Whip or spice things up with a Spicy Hot Dog with plantain chips and pineapple chutney. Guests can order DOLE Whip with Fanta or DOLE Whip topped with Mango Cream Liqueur. Additional drink offerings include Frozen Desert Violet Lemonade,, Tropical Hefe Wheat Ale, Hazy Pebbles Fruity Hazy Milkshake, Sparkling Pineapple Wine, Tropical Hefe Wheat Ale, Violet Lemonade Ale, Fresh Pressed Mango, Pineapple, and Guava Wheat Ale, and a Pineapple Beer Flight.

Primavera Kitchen
Another Flower & Garden Festival favorite booth returns to Italy with Bomboloni or cream-filled Italian doughnut with raspberry sauce and powdered sugar, Arancini or fried risotto balls stuffed with braised beef and served with balsamic emulsion and grape tomato salad, and Ravioli alla Boscaiola with sweet corn, cream sauce, and spring vegetables. Drink options include Chianti, Moscato, Pinot Grigio, Pilsner, Prosecco, Rosa Regale, Italian White Sangria with prosecco, Italian Red Sangria with cabernet sauvignon, and Italian Margarita with limoncello and tequila.

Refreshment Outpost
This outdoor kitchen has food and drink offerings inspired by fruit, just in time for spring! Their Tangerine Soft-Serve and Pineapple Skewer with tajin seasoning pair nicely with a Tangerine Cream Ale, Organic Blonde Ale with passion fruit, or Blueberry Lemonade Hard Cider.

Refreshment Port
Right by Canada you’ll find some plant-based and gluten/wheat friendly poutine. The House-made Italian Sausage and Peppers Poutine can be paired with a Salted Cucumber Apple Hard Cider or Lavender Martini.

Tangierine Cafe: Flavors of the Medina
In Morocco you’ll find the Tangierine Cafe serving up their Vanilla, Rose Water, and Pistachio Panna Cotta and a new Mediterranean Flatbread with za’atar, olives, mozzarella, artichokes, and feta cheese. Festival sips include a Pomegranate Mimosa, Pomegranate Hard Cider, Ginger and Elderberry Ale, Blackberry Mint Mead, and Flight.

Trowel & Trellis
Impossible is hosting the Trowel & Trellis booth this year, which means an array of plant-based festival offerings for guests! Plant-based bites include Boneless Impossible Korean Short Rib with Danmuji slaw, cilantro-lime rice, and Kimchee Mayonnaise, Grilled Baby Vegetables with red pepper coulis and hummus cream, Impossible Sausage and Kale Soup, and for dessert, a new Chocolate Cake with raspberry gelato, whipped cassis mousse, and fresh raspberries. As for sips, Trowel & Trellis has a Twinings Energizing Matcha Cranberry & Lime Green Tea, also available to guests 21 and older with lime vodka, and Bloom Hazy IPA.
