Who ya gonna call? The Ghostbusters are coming to Universal Orlando's Halloween Horror Nights in their very own haunted house. For the first time ever, guests will be able to experience the iconic settings, memorable characters, and most importantly, the spooktacular ghosts, of Sony Pictures’ classic film.
Based on the original 1984 film, and just in time for its 35th anniversary, this all-new haunted house will allow you to jump through the movie screen and directly into classic scenes. You will experience the iconic opening sequence inside the New York Public Library, the climactic battle at the Temple of Gozer and more.
Be transported to the streets of New York just as the rift between worlds opens up, unleashing ghosts, ghouls and specters upon the city. Another ectoplasm-dripping phantasm or hideous spirit awaits you around every turn. You never know where these paranormal creatures will materialize next.
Join Peter, Ray, Egon and Winston as you come face-to-face with familiar foes like the voracious Slimer, the all-powerful Gozer and the Stay-Puft Marshmallow Man. The Ghostbusters are equipped with their proton packs and here to save the day, but will it be enough?
The all-new Ghostbusters house joins five previously announced houses for this year's event: Universal Monsters, Nightingales: Blood Pit, Depths of Fear, Yeti: Terror of the Yukon, and the return of Stranger Things. This year, the 1980s have returned with a vengeance with 10 terrifying haunted houses, 5 pulse-pounding scare zones and outrageous live entertainment.
Universal Orlando takes fear to the max when Halloween Horror Nights returns to Universal Studios Florida on select nights from September 6th to November 2nd. It's the world's premier Halloween event, and you won't want to miss it! Stay tuned for more details.
