Universal Orlando and Warner Bros. Consumer Products have revealed the first of many celebrity guests to attend the fourth annual A Celebration of Harry Potter
on January 27 to 29.
For the first time ever, Warwick Davis, who played Professor Flitwick and Griphook in the Harry Potter films, will attend the event and participate in festivities, alongside fellow Harry Potter star Matthew Lewis, also known as Neville Longbottom.
In addition to Davis and Lewis, guests will be able to hear from Harry Potter creatives including Nick Dudman, make-up and creature effects designer for the films; Pierre Bohanna, head-prop-maker of the films; Paul Harris, Wand Combat choreographer; Mary GrandPré, illustrator for the Harry Potter books; and designers Eduardo lima and Miraphora Mina.
The event will also include acting panels and demonstrations like “Behind the Scenes: Harry Potter Film Talent Discussion,” “Warner Bros. Studio Tour London - Creating Creatures for the Harry Potter Films with Nick Dudman and Warwick Davis,” “Stories form Harry Potter: The Exhibition” and more.
Also coming to this year’s event is Harry Potter trivia and a Fan Art Walk, where guests can show off their artistic skills through a chalk art gallery that will be on display throughout the event.
