Summer has begun at Walt Disney World resort, but the Food and Wine Festival won’t be far behind! Epcot is gearing up for an exciting festival season featuring almost 3 months of fall fun. The Epcot International Food and Wine Festival will last a record-setting 87 days this year! Mark your calendars, because the party starts on August 29, 2019. Here are some of the exciting details to look forward to at Epcot’s International Food and Wine Festival this year!

Chef Experiences
This year’s festival will feature an array of chef experiences including celebrity chef appearances. Guests can expect to see restauranteur Fabio Viviani on September 15, 2019, cookbook author and Food Network star Aarti Sequeira on November 17, 2019, and celebrity chef, author of Life is a Party, and husband of Neil Patrick Harris, David Burtka on October 13, 2019!

A chef experience returning to the festival this year is the Sunday Brunch with the Chef experience. This year’s featured chefs include Jamie Deen on September 1, 2019, Carla Hall on September 8, 2019, Richard Blais on September 22, 2019, Robert Irvine on September 29, 2019, and Graham Elliot on November 10, 2019. Eat to The Beat Concert Series
The Eat to the Beat concert series is a must-do experience at Epcot’s International Food & Wine Festival! With three performances each night, guests are in for an exciting concert series all festival long. The Eat to the Beat concert series will run from August 29, 2019 until November 19, 2019 offering 249 concerts in total! All performances will take place at the America Gardens Theatre in World Showcase and limited seating is available.

Candy Sushi
Epcot’s International Food and Wine Festival features themed offerings for the entire family. Inside Sunshine Seasons at the Land Pavilion in Future World, guests can take part in creating their own Candy Sushi! The Candy Sushi station is hosted by Adventures by Disney with candy for the creations provided by Mars Wrigley Confectionery. Festival Merchandise
No festival season is complete without official Food and Wine Festival merchandise! Chef Minnie has joined Chef Mickey in the creation of the collection, so she added her own style and flair to these pieces. New headbands, tees, and spirit jerseys are sure to be a hit this festival season.
