Prepare for a culinary adventure at SeaWorld Orlando, because the Seven Seas Food Festival is back with over 180 flavors to try in 2020. Chef Héctor Colón and his culinary masters have scoured the seven continents to curate a diverse and delicious menu for this year's event. Every Friday, Saturday and Sunday from February 7th through May 3rd you can sample from more culinary markets than ever before. In addition to the wide range of international dishes, there are also specialty drinks and a large selection of craft beers. Here are this year's top new dishes to try at SeaWorld’s Seven Seas Food Festival.

Chicken and Waffle from the All-American Market
This market is serving up a whole new menu this year, with 5 flavorful dishes to try. Tennessee Whiskey BBQ Chicken Wings, Bison Sloppy Joes and Brisket Nachos are surefire ways to fill you up right with huge bursts of flavor, and the Spicy Watermelon Salad is a lighter way to satisfy those taste buds. But the main event at the All-American Market this year is the southern-style Chicken and Waffle dish. This crispy fried piece of chicken perched atop a thick Belgian waffle is drizzled with sweet maple syrup and just a dash of Sriracha for a little kick! It may have you coming back for seconds.

Duck and Mushroom Ramen Bowl from Asian Market
Grab your chopsticks and get ready for the all-new Duck and Mushroom Ramen Bowl from Asian Market. This savory noodle dish is served in a roasted mushroom broth, and tossed with wild mushrooms, spinach, scallions and a touch of truffle oil. Goes great with the Sapporo Rice Lager or a Frozen Lagoon Punch to drink. Returning favorites from last year like the Steamed Pork Bun and Skewered Pork Wrapped in Bacon round out the other savory options here. Don't miss the Bingsu Salted Vanilla Ice Cream topped with caramel popcorn for dessert too!

Salchipapa from the Brazilian Market
Sure to be a new hit, the Salchipapa-style french fries are a popular street-food dish from Brazil. With sliced sausage mixed with thick-cut french fries and served with your choice of sauce, it's a fun and tasty option. Also new at the Brazilian Market, Yucca Bites stuffed with cheese and a Chocolate Brazilian Brigadeiro truffle topped with chocolate sprinkles for dessert, join last year's Brazilian Picanha Steak served over oven-roasted potatoes and tomato chimichurri. Wash it all down with a refreshing Frozen Caipirinha, made with Brazilian rum, lime juice and simple syrup.

Palermo Fontina Cheese Meatballs at Italian Market
In the mood for a little Italian? The new Palermo Fontina Cheese Meatballs are large homemade meatballs stuffed with warm Fontina cheese and fresh herbs, served in Pomodoro sauce with a piece of bread for dipping. It's like Italy on a plate! There's also a new Penne Carbonara dish this year, alongside the returning fresh Caprese Salad and delectable Cannoli dipped in pistachios. Pair your Palermo Meatballs or Penne Carbonara with a glass of Caposaldo Pinot Grigio or Banfi Centine Rosso or sample the specialty Italian Sunset mixed drink.

Cheesecake Cones from the Sweets Market
You know what they say, there's always room for dessert. And at the Sweets Market this year, you better have saved room. In addition to the returning fan-favorite Bananas Foster Cheesecake Cone, there are THREE more Cheesecake cones to choose from in 2020. The all-new flavors include a fun and colorful Rainbow Cheesecake Cone topped with rainbow sprinkles, the rich Chocolate Cheesecake Cone and a classic New York Cheesecake Cone. No matter which one you choose, you'll be the envy of everyone that sees you with these highly portable—and even more importantly—incredibly delicious, treats.
