The new long-awaited Regal Eagle Smokehouse: Craft Drafts & Barbecue has officially opened at the American Adventure pavilion in Epcot! Right in the center of World Showcase, guests can gather for a glorious, barbecue meal -- good enough for Sam Eagle himself.

This fast-casual restaurant is hosting “Sam’s Centennial Cook-Off: A Salute to All Cook-Offs But Mostly Barbecue.” With this contest brings an array of backyard barbecue favorites from across America, all fighting for Sam the Eagle’s top spot! This competition is fit for patriots and pit masters, and you’ll want to dig into some of the offerings that can be found here.

Ready for some BBQ? Choose from North Carolina chopped smoked pork butt, Kansas City smoked chicken, Texas beef brisket sandwiches, or Memphis dry-rub pork ribs! For those who can’t choose just one favorite, try to American Platter where guests can select up to three different types of meat.

For lighter fare at Regal Eagle Smokehouse, munch on the Power Greens Salad. Made with sunflower seeds, radishes, citrus fruit, dried cranberries, chilled pulled chicken, and a fresh citrus vinaigrette, this salad gives you the best of both worlds! For plant-based eats, try the BBQ Jackfruit Burger on Garlic Toast.

In addition to the indoor restaurant, Regal Eagle Smokehouse also features an outdoor bar and patio where guests can sip on a selection of all-American beverages! From craft beers and ciders to wines and your favorite Coca-Cola beverages, you’re sure to find something for everyone in your family to enjoy. Guests 21 and older can sip on a Tennessee Lemonade made with peach and whiskey, while the non-alcoholic version is made with Berry Punch from strawberry, blackberry, peach, and white grape juice.

Are you already hooked on this new quick-service option in World Showcase? Show of your spirit for Regal Eagle Smokehouse with exclusive merchandise featuring Sam himself. A nearby merchandise cart is located outside of the restaurant, ready to stock you up on Regal Eagle attire!

As someone who had the chance to experience this new fast-casual restaurant opening weekend, I highly suggest checking it out on your next trip to Epcot if you love all things barbecue. Once you get in the door, you’re able to order quick and grab a table to dig into your BBQ feast! Mobile ordering is also available, so don’t forget to take advantage of this time-saving hack on your My Disney Experience App.
