New neighbors are coming to SeaWorld Orlando in spring 2019. The Orlando theme park is currently working on the new themed land that will bring your favorite Sesame Street characters, settings and interactive fun to the park.

The area will take guests inside the iconic television show. Guests will be able to experience the same characters, landmarks and more of the street. Some popular stops will be Abby Cadabby’s garden, Mr. Hooper’s store and Big Bird’s nest; you can even sit on the famous 123 stoop and meet Elmo, Cookie Monster and Big Bird.

In addition to seeing some of the popular places and friends, guests will also get to interact and play with them. Aside from the characters, the immersive area will feature rides, wet and dry areas and interactive experiences the entire family will love.

The themed land will also include SeaWorld Orlando’s first ever parade. Sesame Street characters including Elmo and his furry friends as well as parade dancers will dance and party up and down the streets of SeaWorld Orlando on a daily basis.

Stay tuned for more details about the new Sesame Street Land, including its opening date. In the meantime, let the kids enjoy a weekend just for them with SeaWorld’s Just for Kids Weekends now through May 13. The kid-friendly weekend includes dancing, learning and SeaWorld’s furry, finned and flippered friends.

This month, guests can also take an insider’s look into the park with Inside Look now through May 20. SeaWorld invites you to learn more about the park, animals and people who care for them during this special event.
