The refurbishments at Coronado Springs Resort are complete! And with this news comes a whole new look, new logo, new restaurants and more. One of Disney's larger resorts, Coronado Springs is not only home to resort guests but also business conferences making it essential to provide a wide range of dining, room types and experiences. Everything new at Coronado Springs officially opened on July 9, 2019.

A moderate resort at Walt Disney World, Coronado Springs has always been reasonably priced and a great option for families looking for a little less "Disney" at their resort. With little more than the Three Caballeros to remind you you're on property at Walt Disney World, Coronado Springs combines a southwestern American and colonial Spanish air reminiscent of the days of Spanish explorers. This re-imagining of the resort brings a whole new level of adventure and Old California luxury to the table. Add in the beautiful fountains, gardens, beaches, walkways over the lake and you're sure to love this place as much as we do.

New Logo for Coronado Springs
As part of Coronado Springs whole new look, you can find a new logo featuring bold patterned architecture and the bright fresh color palette of Spain. Cast member uniforms and resort trash cans alike have all got re-branded to this new upgraded fresh look.

The Gran Destino Tower at Coronado Springs
The Gran Destino Tower is the new grand entrance of Coronado Springs Resort and features a beautiful weaving scaffold design that crawls up the building's 15 stories above the Porte cochere entrance below. With a large 2-story lobby, the Gran Destino Tower houses 545 new guest rooms and suites. This main building also acts as a gateway to the 1800 plus resort rooms in buildings beyond. All rooms on property have been updated with new lighting, flooring, design, Keurig makers, and installed toiletries in the showers.

Signature Dining at Toledo
On the rooftop of the Gran Destino Tower sits a brand-new signature dining experience at Toledo. This Spanish-themed restaurant promises to not only offers beautiful views but an eclectic menu of tapas, small plates, and drinks. This new restaurant at Coronado Springs offers a great way to get away from the crowds, and rivals other rooftop restaurants on Disney property like California Grill (The Contemporary) and Topolino Terrace ( Disney Riviera).  Check out the Toledo menu for a list of offerings.

Waterside Dining at Three Bridges Bar and Grill
This new waterside restaurant is located on an island in the middle of Lago Dorado, Coronado Resort's 14 acre lake. Connected by three bridges this truly is a dining destination that offers casual atmosphere and an array of foods perfect for lazy evenings. Sliders, stuffed mushrooms, a kids menu and warm churros make this a great family dining option away from park crowds.

Disney Coronado Springs in 2019
With so many new things at Coronado Springs it's worth the visit, even if you're not staying there! This resort offers a nice separation from the craziness of the parks, has beautiful gardens on grounds and is great place to get away. Restaurants here will also be easier to book than the more central restaurants. Our favorite thing about this resort is that you actually feel like you're on a vacation. Be sure to stop by Coronado Springs to explore all the new things!
