Fall is officially here, and Orlando theme parks can’t wait to celebrate with you. From Halloween haunts and family-friendly events to food and wine festivals and more here’s what do in Orlando this October:

Walt Disney World
Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween PartyAt Disney’s Magic Kingdom, Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party ramps up with a full month of not-so-scary spooks like the Hocus Pocus Villain Spelltacular, all-new Disney’s Not-So-Spooky Spectacular Fireworks Show, Mickey’s Boo-to-You Halloween Parade, trick-or-treating, costumed characters and much more. Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party spooks on select nights through November 1.

Epcot International Food & Wine FestivalEpcot continues the celebration of global cuisine this October during the 2019 Epcot International Food & Wine Festival. The festival features more than 25 international marketplace kiosks offering tapas-sized portions of regional specialties, as well as recommended beer and wine pairings. The event also includes seminars, celebrity chefs, and the popular Eat to the Beat Concert Series. This October add some extra flavor to your day with performances by Taylor Dane Oct 3-4, India Oct. 5-6, 98 Degrees Oct. 7-9, Boyce Avenue Oct. 10-11, Southern Avenue Oct. 12-13, Kenny G Oct. 14-15, 38 Special Oct. 16-17, Baha Men Oct. 18-20, Billy ocean Oct. 21-22, Sheila E Oct. 23-25, High Valley Oct. 26-27 and Hanson Oct. 28-30.

Disney’s Wine & Dine Half Marathon Weekend - Disney is combining your love for running with your love for wine in the Disney Wine & Dine Half Marathon Weekend. Enjoy the magic of running through Epcot and then celebrate with the festivities for the Epcot International Food & Wine Festival. The weekend takes place Oct. 31 - Nov. 3, 2019.

SeaWorld Orlando
SeaWorld’s Halloween Spooktacular – SeaWorld Orlando invites families to enjoy a fun-filled Halloween during the park’s Spooktacular. Every weekend through October 27, have a fanta “sea” of fun with an all-new parade, a dance party, trick-or-treating, Halloween characters and much more.

Craft Beer Festival - Weekends through October 27 enjoy a cold one during SeaWorld’s Craft Beer Festival. Enjoy over 100 craft beers from breweries across Florida. Plus, enjoy more than 20 food items expertly paired to match your beer of choice.

LEGOLAND Florida
Brick-or-Treat LEGOLAND Florida is full of spooky and kooky LEGO fun this October with Brick or Treat. The annual event takes place Oct. 5-6, 12-13, 19-20 & 26-27 with giant LEGO models and photo ops, LEGO build activities, meet-and-greets with LEGO Halloween characters, a Halloween-themed fireworks spectacular and more.

Firefighter Friday - The National Fire Protection Association returns to LEGOLAND Florida October 5 for the annual kickoff of NFPA’s Fire Prevention Week. Families can enjoy educational activities that teach kids the importance of fire safety.

Universal Orlando
Halloween Horror Nights - Universal’s biggest event of the year, Halloween Horror Nights continues to scare this October. This year the park brings in your favorite 80’s horror films with haunted houses based on Ghostbusters, Netflix’s Stranger Things, Killer Klowns From Outer Space and more. There are 10 total haunted houses, five scare zones, a live show and Universal’s usual thrill rides.

Busch Gardens Tampa
Sesame Street Safari of Fun Kids’ Weekends - Celebrate Halloween with Elmo, Abby, Grover and the rest of the Sesame Street gang during Sesame Street Safari of Fun Weekends at Busch Gardens Tampa. Weekends from October 5 - 27, come dressed in your Halloween costume and enjoy trick-or-treating, exclusive crafts, a hay bale maze, fall-inspired activities and more. 

Howl-O-ScreamBusch Gardens is celebrating 20 years of fear with this year’s Howl-O-Scream. The park is unearthing long-buried icons from their past as well as bringing new nightmares for the milestone. Venture through haunted houses, terrifying scare zones, and take a ride on thrilling roller coasters for a night you will want to forget. Howl-O-Scream takes place on select nights until Nov 2.
