Overview

About Medieval Times Orlando
It’s time to cheer for your knight in an epic battle for the glory to be King’s Champion at Medieval Times Dinner and Tournament Orlando. Make sure your saddle is fasten because this Orlando dinner show takes guest through battle from a live jousting tournament to dramatic sword fights all within an 11th Century European-style castle. Medieval Times is North America’s longest running dinner attraction and the perfect nighttime entertainment option.

Inspired by the medieval tradition of royal families inviting guests to see a horseback jousting competition and indulge in a rich feast, guests will immediately be sent back to the Middle Ages as they enter the drawbridge entrance to the white-stone castle, surrounded by an authentic moat. Guests will wait in the Hall of Arms, as their royal feast is prepared for their arrival. Enjoy authentic souvenirs in the shops on site or explore the numerous genuine medieval artifacts within the Hall. After the opening festivities, guests will then be escorted by their royal servants to their seating section. Each section is represented by a certain knight, and they are encouraged to root for their appointed knight and cheer in merriment, as he battles his opponents in true medieval costuming and weaponry.

As the events go on throughout the show, guests are encouraged to treat themselves to the delicious four-course meal provided for them. Nosh on a delicious spread of garlic bread, tomato bisque soup, roasted chicken, spare rib, herb-basted potato, pastry of the castle, refreshing coffee and two rounds of select non-alcoholic beverages. Vegetarian options are available by request, as well.

Since the 1983 opening of the Kissimmee, Florida Medieval Times dinner show, guests have continuously come back for more! As the reigning number one dinner attraction in North America, you will not want to miss this show. If you are a returning guest to the show, you are in luck because the show, characters, and story line change every few years to keep the experience new and fresh for all viewers and the generations of guests to come! With Hollywood-caliber special effects, gorgeous exotic horses, and romantic cavalry, Medieval Times is a must-see show while visiting the Orlando area.
