Toy Story Land at Disney’s Hollywood Studios

Orlando is ever-changing, and 2018 is no exception. A host of awesome new rides are coming to the Orlando theme parks in 2018, from immersive new lands to adventurous fast rides to splish-splashy fun. Here's our list of the 5 most anticipated new attractions for 2018.

Toy Story Land at Disney’s Hollywood Studios
Summer of 2018 will see the grand opening of this massive 11-acre land where guests will be shrunk down to the size of a toy. Explore the adventurous outdoors of Andy's backyard where you can experience two new attractions. Slinky Dog Dash will be a family coaster designed by Andy himself using his mega coaster toy kit. Ride on the back of the lovable Slinky Dog as he dips, dodges and dashes around turns and drops surrounded by oversized toys and characters from the hit Toy Story films. The other new ride is called Alien Swirling Saucers, where guests spin around a sci-fi themed arena while the adorable Pizza Planet aliens attempt to capture them using "The Claw."

Fast & Furious – Supercharged at Universal Studios Florida
Debuting in Spring 2018, Fast & Furious – Supercharged will be an action-packed ride based on one of the most successful film franchises of all time. You'll feel like you’re part of the Fast & Furious family as you're thrown right into the middle of the action using incredible ride technology. This adrenaline-pumping ride will feature your favorite superstars from the films including Vin Diesel, Dwayne Johnson, Michelle Rodriguez and Tyrese Gibson. Buckle your seatbelts and prepare to be immersed in the fast-paced world of underground racing!

Infinity Falls at SeaWorld Orlando

Infinity Falls Rapids Ride at SeaWorld Orlando
Infinity Falls will be a thrilling new rapids ride splashing its way into SeaWorld Orlando in the summer of 2018. This exhilarating raft ride will take place on a winding river through a lush South American rainforest exposing adventure-seeking guests to Class IV rapids. A unique vertical elevator lift will quickly raise each raft up for a dramatic launch into the river 40 feet below – the world's tallest river rapid drop! After facing the rapids, the entire family can explore Harmony village and learn how to help protect freshwater ecosystems around the world.

The Great Lego Race VR Coaster at Legoland Florida
Legoland Florida is transforming their Project X roller coaster into The Great Lego Race, the first VR coaster designed specifically for kids and opening Spring of 2018. Wearing VR headsets, guests will experience action from all directions in an immersive environment where everything is made of Lego bricks. Thanks to sophisticated VR technology, kids will feel like they're in the middle of a fast-paced race with other drivers riding in crazy contraptions. Racers will include popular minifigure characters like Surfer Girl, Wizard and Pirate Captain.

Ray Rush Family Raft Slide at Aquatica Orlando
Aquatica, SeaWorld's Water Park, will be adding a brand-new water slide in Spring 2018. Ray Rush will combine three unique slide elements into one action-packed attraction the entire family can enjoy. This new slide will be nearly 60 feet tall and start by launching rafts at 33 feet per second with intense water jets. Next, riders will swirl around a large see-through sphere, spinning around for a moment before moving on. Finally, riders will drop into a huge half-pipe shaped like a manta ray, flying straight up a 90 degree wall before splashing down at the end.
