HOTEL CANCELLATION POLICY
Hotel cancellations or changes can be made at anytime for FREE outside of 48 hours before your Arrival Date, however any changes for different dates will be based on availability and prices may change based on available inventory at the time of the change request. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the arrival date will incur a minimum of one night room and tax, plus any fees charged by the specific hotel. Unused rooms and no-shows are non-refundable. However, please note that any reservations associated with room type offers stating "Non-refundable", the standard cancellation policy is not applicable and these room type offers cannot be refunded. Arrivals made on the check-in date are considered no-shows if you arrive after 11:59pm per local time at the hotel you booked. For any questions please contact our Toll-free Customer Service Center.
