Let them eat art! EPCOT International Festival of the Arts 2023 has officially kicked off at Walt Disney World and guests can expect a delicious display of artful eats. With almost fifteen Food Studios stationed around the festival, there’s sure to be something for every artist in your party! Let’s take a look at the eats and sips you’ll find at EPCOT International Festival of the Arts 2023.

Artist’s Table
At the American Adventure this festival season, there’s The Artist’s Table. This food studio features three new bites that are sure to impress including Three-Meat Meatloaf with “Peas and Carrots” featuring green pea pudding, snap peas, carrot ketchup, and shaved carrot salad, Duck and Dumplings which is a smoked duck breast with petite vegetables, duck jus, and ricotta dumplings, and for dessert, Hummingbird Cake, a banana cake with pecans, coconut, pineapple, and cream cheese frosting served with banana sorbet.

This year we’ve seen the return of the Sipping Chocolate Flight featuring white, milk, and dark chocolates! The Symphony in Chocolate Flight takes these three sipping chocolates and adds Mozart Chocolate Liqueurs for guests 21 and older. New drink pairings from the Artist’s Table include Parish Brewing Co. South Coast Session Amber Ale, Boulevard Brewing Co. Tank 7 Farmhouse Ale, and Brewery Ommegang Three Philosophers Belgian Quad. These three ales are available separately or as a flight.

Craftsman’s Courtyard
If you’re near Creations Shop, stop by Craftsman's Courtyard for plates that will peak any palate. This year you can expect to see the return of their Beef Wellington with prosciutto, mushroom duxelles, red wine demi-glace, baby vegetables, and puff pastry or Cast Iron-roasted P.E.I. Mussels served with fresh herbs, sauteed tomatoes, and garlic. These plates can be paired with a Cold Fashion Coffee Cocktail or NEW BrewDog Jet Black Heart Nitro Oatmeal Stout

Deco Delights
Looking for desserts that are truly a work of art? Look no further than Deco Delights. From their Decadent Valrhona Chocolate with chocolate brownie, cassis mousse, and dark chocolate mousse to their Dulce Chocolate Mousse with dark chocolate truffle and chocolate cremeux, you’re sure to find a sweet escape that speaks to you! Their Orange Mousse with Lemon Cake and Raspberry Meringues is even a part of the Wonderful Walk of Colorful Cuisine this year! Looking for drinks to pair? Deco Delights offers a Neapolitan Beer Flight, 3 Daughters Brewing Strawberry Blonde Nitro, 81Bay Brewing Co. Vanilla Porter, Playalinda Brewing Co. Milk Stout, and a NEW Espresso Martini featuring Boyd & Blair Potato Vodka.

Deconstructed Dish
This food studio continues to be the talk of the festival each year. With takes on some of your favorite dishes, deconstructed, you won’t want to pass this one up! Enjoy a Deconstructed BLT with pork belly, soft-poached egg, onion bread pudding, watercress espuma, and tomato jam, Deconstructed French Onion Soup made from beef broth ravioli, onion bread pudding, onion textures, and gruyere cream, and for dessert, Deconstructed Key Lime Pie featuring a flexible Key lime curd, meringues, “key lime” mousse, and graham cracker cake. Drink pairings at Deconstructed Dish include Wicked Weed Brewing Blank Canvas Belgian Blonde Witbier and a Deconstructed Apple Pie a la Mode - apple-cinnamon gelato, apple pie filling, cinnamon apple cider, and streusel.

El Artista Hambriento
Mexico’s El Artista Hambriento features a whole new menu this festival season. Carne Asada with chipotle-marinated beef sirloin, crispy-fried onions, and sweet potato puree, Huarache de Champiñones featuring guajillo chile and corn masa huarache with oyster mushrooms, queso fresco, pinto beans, Nopales, and pea tendrils, and Flan de Coco with guava sauce, coconut flan, and whipped cream for dessert. Pairable sips for these plates are Mexican Craft Beer, Las Californias, and Bombon Margarita “Marshmallow.”

Figment’s Inspiration Station
This is arguably the most imaginative food studio this festival season! New to the festival, Figment’s Inspiration Station is located at the Odyssey: Art, Food, and Little Sparks of Magic. Try NEW Fruit Pizza made with compressed cantaloupe, berry balsamic, watermelon, and berries. Here you’ll also find festival favorites like the Pop’t Art sugar cookie with blueberry filling and Rainbow Cake with freeze-dried SKITTLES on top. This food studio is also where you’ll be able to pick up a Figment Popcorn Bucket while supplies last!

Figment’s Inspiration Station features quite a few sips to pair with your plates, including a Rainbow Beer Flight and Rainbow Cider Flight. Cider and Ale offerings include 3 Daughters Brewing Black Cherry, Blood Orange, and Passion Fruit Hard Ciders, 81Bay Brewing Co. Green With Envy Blonde Ale and Blue Butterfly Lager, and Urban Artifact the Gadget Raspberry and Blackberry Midwest Fruit Tart. For guests of any age, try the Grape Smoothie with freeze-dried SKITTLES on top!

Goshiki
In Japan, Goshiki has two new dishes, plus the return of a festival favorite! The Sushi Donut is back with its donut-shaped sushi featuring tuna, shrimp, salmon, cucumber, and sesame seed over sriracha aioli, eel sauce, and wasabi aioli. New offerings include the Ichigo Daifuku, mixed berry mochi, mascarpone, and sweet azuki bean paste, and Rainbow Katsu Sando, a pork cutlet sandwich with cabbage and tonkatsu sauce served on rainbow sweet bread. Pair with Sui Sui Watercolor Lager, Purple Yuzu Sake Lemonade, and Masu Sake.

Gourmet Landscapes
In Canada you’ll find vibrant plates at Gourmet Landscapes. Their Blood Orange-braised Beet Tartare is made with pickled clamshell mushrooms, golden beets, and mustard vinaigrette. The Roasted Bone Marrow features petite lettuce, onion marmalade, and pickled mushrooms. Last, their Wild Mushroom Risotto with truffle shavings, zinfandel reduction, and aged Parmesan is always a guest favorite. Pair these plates with a Frozen Rusty Nail Cocktail, The Meeker Vineyard Winemaker’s Handprint Merlot, Whole Hog Brewery Raspberry Cheret Double Radler, or Schlumberger Cuvee Klimt Brut.

L’Art de la Cuisine Française
In France, dive into four delicious dishes at L’Art de la Cuisine Française. Creme de Brie en Petit Pain, a warm melted brie in a house-made bread bowl, Croissant à la Truffle Noir d’Hiver, a black winter truffle croissant, the plant-based Mille-Feuille de Betteraves aux Herves et Noix de Cajoux, napoleon with cashew-herb filling, balsamic vinegar caviar, beets, and pepper-pine nut sauce, and for dessert Moelleux aux Noisettes ed Chocolats Valrhona, a molten chocolate and hazelnut cake with passion fruit-mango sauce and Valrhona chocolates. Pair with a Frozen French Martini or other wine and brut pairings!

L’Arte di Mangiare
In Italy, dive into a whole new menu this festival season at L’Arte di Mangiare. Enjoy Mozzarella Fritta, flash-fried breaded fresh mozzarella with a colorful artist palette of condiments, Ravioli ai Funghi, Perle Tartufate, wild mushroom-stuffed pasta, truffle pearls, and truffle butter, and for dessert Budino al Cioccolato, chocolate pudding with vibrant chocolate decor. Pairings to sip include Chianti, Prosecco, Peroni Pilsner, Red and White Italian Sangria, Italian Margarita, and Amaretto Bellini.

Moderne
New to EPCOT International Festival of the Arts, Moderne is located near Test Track in World Discovery! Each plate features unique textures, tastes, and colors that will have you feeling inspired. Try the Angry Crab, a whole crispy soft-shell crab with mango-sriracha fluid gel, green papaya salad, and coconut-lime foam with mango and pomegranate crush pearls. There’s also the plant-based Compressed Watermelon Tataki with yuzu pearls, pickled watermelon rind, wasabi, and watermelon foam! Pan-seared Scallops with lime foam, vanilla-butternut squash puree, and brown butter cauliflower puree is a part of this year’s Wonderful Walk of Colorful Cuisine, and for dessert there’s The Tropics - guava cake, compressed pineapple, lilikoi mousse, coconut cremeux, and mango gel. Pair your Moderne plates with Watermelon Mary or J. Lohr Riesling.

The Painted Panda
Char Siu Pork Buns
and General Tso’s Chicken Shumai are back this festival season at China’s food studio, the Painted Panda. Sip a “Panda” Bubble Milk Tea, Lucky Foo Pale Ale, Sea Butterfly, or NEW Silk Road Hard Lemonade with Smirnoff Vodka.

Pastoral Palate
In Germany you’ll find Pastoral Palate, serving up their NEW Black Forest Cake, a chocolate mousse with Chantilly cream and morello cherries, Red Wine-braised Beef Short Rib with baby tomatoes, aged balsamic, broccolini, and parsnip puree, and Wild Boar Cassoulet with wild boar sausage, duck confit, and ham jock. Try their Play on Rose Flight, Marietta Old Vine Rose, Frozen Rose, 3 Daughters Brewing Rose Hard Cider, and 81Bay Brewing Co. Rose Blonde Ale.

Pop Eats
Pop Eats is located near the Port of Entry on your way into the World Showcase. Here you’ll find festival favorites like Tomato Soup with Grilled Cheese and Almond Frangipane Cake layed with Belgian chocolate and raspberry jam. What’s new to this menu? Tomato Soup with Pimento Cheese, Bacon, and Fried Green Tomato Grilled Cheese! Pair these tastings with Brooklyn Brewery Pulp Art Hazy IPA or Bleu Spectrum - Blanc de Bleu Cuvée Mousseux with boba pearls.

Refreshment Outpost
Searching for plant-based menu items for the festival? Try the Plant-based Bratwurst with spicy turmeric aioli, slaw, and coffee barbecue jackfruit. For sweeter offerings, there’s the Soft-serve Waffle Cone with salted-caramel soft serve, DOLE Whip, or swirl and the Artist Palette Jumbo Chocolate Chip Cookie. Refreshment Outpost drink pairings include Central 28 Beer Company Wall Art Brown Ale, NEW Ivanhoe Park Brewing Co. Berries & Cream Sour Berliner, and NEW Left Hand Brewing Co. Wook Bait IPA.

Refreshment Port
Stop by the Refreshment Port for a Soft-serve Waffle Cone of lemon or strawberry Dole Whip, Gnocchi Poutine with cheese curds, basil, burrata, and red wine-braised beef, and Artist Palette Jumbo Chocolate Chip Cookies. Tangerine Cafe: Flavors of the Medina
Delicious plates of art can be found near Morocco at Tangerine Cafe: Flavors of Medina. Their plant-based Carrots Three Ways features carrot ginger puree, chermoula-spiced grilled carrots, and pickled carrots. For dessert, try House-made Crispy Almond Phyllo Pockets with milk chocolate orange and white chocolate pomegranate. Drink pairings include a Chai Tea Mint Sparkler, Stem Ciders Flockstar Hard Cider, 3 Daughters Brewing Chai Hard Cider, Blake’s Hard Cider Co. Mule de Pomme, and, Chai Tea Mint Mimosa. Try separately or in a cider flight!

Vibrante & Vivido: Encanto Cocina
This food studio between Morocco and France was the talk of the festival last year! With its Encanto theming, guests fell in love right away. Enjoy Chorizo and Potato Empanada with annatto aioli and turmeric aioli, Spicy Ajiaco Soup featuring corn, avocado, creme fraiche, potato, and guajillo and árbol chili-spiced chicken, and for dessert, Passion Fruit Mousse with dragon fruit jam. Pair your plates with a Frozen Pina Colada, Passion Fruit Daiquiri, or non-alcoholic Coconut and Passion Fruit Smoothie.
