This spring, guests to Busch Gardens Tampa will not only experience some of the biggest roller coaster thrills in the world, but also some of the best culinary delights from across the globe. Busch Gardens Tampa Bay’s Food & Wine Festival kicked off March 10 and with it came an elevated culinary experience from countries across the globe along with live musical performances from some of the most popular artists in the entertainment industry. With a total of 20 food and beverage cabins to try and 23 live concerts, the Busch Gardens Tampa Bay’s Food & Wine Festival is a can’t miss event.
All-New Globally Inspired Cuisine
The Food & Wine Festival offerings truly take guests on a culinary global adventure with several new dishes to try this year. The excursion begins in Asia with spicy pork belly with mandarin orange soy glaze. Then it’s on to Africa for African Vegetable Curry and Naan Bread before heading back to the states to Busch Gardens’ own Xcursions store serving house-made coaster themed sweets. Along the way make sure to try one of 39 wines; 14 craft, domestic and international beers, and sip on multiple bourbons at bourbon tastings. Busch Gardens Tampa Bay is adding some extra flavor to this special culinary event with twenty-three headlining acts spanning genres of pop, rock, country, and more. The concerts will take place at Festival Field Stage for 11 weekends now through April 30. The headlining acts include:

Latin Flare for Cinco de Mayo and Viva la Música
In celebration of Cinco de Mayo and Viva La Musica, the Busch Gardens Food & Wine Festival will also feature world-renowned iconic Latin dishes and live music from award-winning Latin artists. Cinco de Mayo and Viva La Música celebrate the diverse Latino heritage and culture with the authentic flavors and music of Mexican, South American and even some Caribbean countries too.
Cinco de Mayo and Viva la Música take place every Saturday and Sunday from May 5 - 21 and are included with daily park admission. The full Latin artists’ lineup for 2023 is:
