A fresh season is almost here, so it’s time for a new festival at EPCOT! Flower & Garden Festival will fully bloom at Walt Disney World from March 1, 2023, through July 5, 2023. This means guests have over four months to experience one of EPCOT’s must-do festivals this year! Disney recently released the menus for the Flower & Garden Festival outdoor kitchens, and we’re giving you the full scoop. Can you believe there are nearly 50 NEW menu dishes this season?
EPCOT Farmers Feast
Similar to last year, this outdoor kitchen’s menu changes throughout the festival! Enjoy their Early Bloom Menu from March 1, 2023, through April 8, 2023, the Springtime Menu from April 9, 2023, through May 20, 2023, and the Summer Solstice Menu from May 20, 2023, through July 5, 2023.
The Early Bloom Menu features returning favorites like Chilled Potato and Leek Soup and Char-grilled Bison Ribeye. Guests can also sample the NEW Spice Cake with candied pecans, cream cheese icing, and parsnip. If you’re 21 and older, pair these Early Bloom offerings with a Hibiscus Lemonade Cocktail featuring Islamorada Brewery & Distillery Hibiscus Gin.
The Springtime Menu offers a Grilled Vegetable Bruschetta with marinated peppers, artichokes, zucchini, squash, goat cheese, and balsamic glaze on grilled ciabatta, Strawberry Rhubarb Upside-down Cake with creme fraiche whipped cream, and the NEW Grilled Swordfish with crushed fingerling potatoes, grilled asparagus, lemon beurre Blanc, and pea and mint puree.
Last but not least, the Summer Solstice Menu offers a NEW addition - Sweet Corn Creme Brulee with corn biscotti. Returning dishes include Barbecued Seared Pork Tenderloin with herb butter, summer succotash, and grapefruit vinaigrette and Tomato and Red Onion Panzanella with burrata cheese, fresh basil, and avocado.
EPCOT Farmers Feast will offer three drinks throughout the festival - the Ghost Mary and Collective Arts Brewing Blueberry and Elderberry Sparkling Hard Tea. This booth is located near Test Track in World Discovery!
BRUNCHCOT
While the menu may look familiar, this booth is sporting a brand new name this festival season. BRUNCHCOT is located in World Discovery near Test Track and features an array of eats and sips inspired by brunch. The Avocado Toast, Shrimp and Grits, and Fried Cinnamon Roll Bites have all returned, but there’s a fourth NEW addition worth sampling! The Lox Benedict is on everything focaccia, topped with everything-spiced cream cheese, crispy capers, hollandaise, and shallots. Pair these offerings with a festival classic like the Froot Loops Shake or something NEW like a Peach Bellini!
The Citrus Blossom
This festival-favorite booth has a new home this season. Find Citrus Blossom in The Odyssey pavilion on your way to Test Track from Mexico! All three foods on the Citrus Blossom menu are NEW, so let us dive in. Enjoy Citrus Baked Brie with limoncello-macerated blueberries, preserved lemon marmalade, and spiced marcona almonds, Lemon Meringue Pie featuring lemon curd, toasted meringue, and lemon mousse, and Orange Sesame Tempura Shrimp with orange chile sauce. Pair your plates with an Orange-Lemon Smoothie, NEW Bella Strada Spritz, Orange Sunshine Wine Slushy, or a Beer Flight.
Florida Fresh
Florida Fresh has held a residency at EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival for years, and for this season, it’s returning with three new dishes! Grilled Street Corn on the Cob with savory garlic spread and spicy corn chips, Florida Strawberry Shortcake, and Blackened Fish Slider with watercress, citrus remoulade, and roasted tomatoes on brioche. Returning offerings to Florida Fresh include the Watermelon Salad with pickled red onions, blueberries, feta, and balsamic, Grilled Street Corn on the Cob with plant-based cotija cheese and garlic spread, and the Cucumber Watermelon Slushy.
Refreshment Outpost
Stop by for refreshing treats like Tangerine Soft-serve, Pineapple Skewer with Tajin seasoning, or an Ice Cream Float featuring Tangerine soft-serve and cream soda. Drink offerings include the Lavender Martini, Lexington Brewing Tangerine Cream Ale, NEW Blake’s Hard Cider Co. Grand Cherry Hard Cider, and NEW Southern Tier Brewing Co. Juice Jolt IPA.
BAUERNMARKT: FARMER’S MARKET
In Germany, you can make your way to BAUERNMARKT - another festival favorite! Enjoy Potato Pancakes with house-made apple sauce or herb sour cream, caramelized ham, and onions, Warm Cheese Strudel served with mixed berries, and Toasted Pretzel Bread topped with melted gruyere cheese and black forest ham. Pair your BAUERNMARKT tastes with an Apfelschaumwein, Bitburger Premium Pils, Flensburger Dunkel, and Stiegl Brewery Radler Raspberry.
Magnolia Terrace
This outdoor kitchen is located near The American Adventure, and it serves up bites and sips with a Southern twist. Spicy Chicken Gumbo with Andouille sausage and BEN’S ORIGINAL Long Grain & Wild Rice returns this season. NEW offerings include Crawfish Pie, Bananas Foster Bread Pudding, and Muffuletta Panini with salami, provolone, ham, mortadella, swiss cheese, and olive salad. Looking to pair a drink with your plates? Try the Bayou Cocktail, Wicked Weed Brewing Day Light American Light Ale, Parish Brewing Co. Ghost in the Machine Double IPA, and NEW Central 28 Beer Co. Pretty Things Ale.
Tangierine Cafe: Flavors of the Medina
Near Morocco you’ll find Tangierine Cafe, featuring a whole new menu of flavors this season! Enjoy NEW Orange Blossom-Saffron Cake or NEW plant-based Hummus Trio with red beet and black garlic hummus, avocado-herb hummus, and traditional hummus served with crispy papadam and Moroccan bread. Drink offerings include a Pomegranate Mimosa, Bold Rock Tangerine Hard Cider, Keel Farms Strawberry Elderflower Hard Cider, and 3 Daughters Brewing Pomegranate Hard Cider.
La Isla Fresca
Between France and Morocco you’ll find La Isla Fresca, serving up fresh bites like NEW Braised Oxtail with pigeon pea rice, Coconut Tres Leches - vanilla cake soaked in almond milk, coconut milk, and oat milk, and Sugar Cane Shrimp Skewer with a bed of long grain white rice, coconut-lime sauce, and mango salsa. Pair your plates with Islamorada Beer Company Coconut Key Lime Ale, Florida Orange Groves Winery Tropical Perception White Sangria, and Tropical Breeze - Minute Maid Lemonade, grapefruit, and simple syrup. Guests 21 and older can add Don Q Limon Rum to their Tropical Breeze.
Northern Bloom
Canada’s outdoor kitchen, Northern Bloom, is known for its Beef Tenderloin Tips with whipped potatoes, mushroom bordelaise sauce, and garden vegetables and Seared Scallops with French green beans, brown butter vinaigrette, butter potatoes, and Nueske’s Applewood-smoked Bacon. This year a NEW dessert, Chocolate Maple Whisky Cake has joined the menu! Drink pairings include Maple Popcorn Shake, Collective Arts Brewing Honey Lager, 81Bay Brewing Co. Apricot with Maple Syrup,and Glutenberg Blonde Ale, Montreal.
Refreshment Port
Not far from Canada, the Refreshment Port offers NEW Shrimp Scampi Poutine with lemon-garlic cheese fondue, spinach, artichokes, and cheese curds. You can also grab a Soft-serve Waffle Cone with peanut butter, jelly, or a swirl of both! NEW drink offerings include Mighty Swell Purple Magic Spiked Seltzer, Frozen Mojito with Boy & Blair Rum, and Villa Maria Earth Garden Sauvignon Blanc.
Trowel & Trellis
This outdoor kitchen is hosted by IMPOSSIBLE and features all plant-based plates. The Boneless IMPOSSIBLE Korean Short Rib with Danmuji slaw, kimchi mayonnaise, and cilantro-lime rice has returned this year. NEW offerings include Chocolate Cake with black currant ganache, chocolate ice cream, and mixed berry compote, and IMPOSSIBLE Lumpia with Thai sweet chili sauce. Pair IMPOSSIBLE plates with Twinings Iced Green Tea with Cranberry and Lime, J. Lohr Wildflower Valdiguie, and Parish Brewing Co Bloom Hazy IPA.
Honey Bee-stro
This festival-favorite outdoor kitchen is hosted by National Honey Board. The famous Honey-Mascarpone Cheesecake is back, along with two NEW plates. Pollinator Flatbread with honey carmelized onions, prosciutto, arugula, honey vinaigrette, honey-whipped mascarpone, bee pollen, honey-whipped goat cheese, and blueberry gastrique and Chicken and Waffles - crispy honey-brined chicken and honey sweet cornbread waffle with spicy honey and whipped honey butter. Pairable sips include Florida Orange Groves Winery Orange Blossom Honey Wine, Honey-Peach Cobbler Freeze, and B. Nektar New Wave Lemonade Mead.
Pineapple Promenade
No trip to EPCOT Flower & Garden Festival is complete without a visit to Pineapple Promenade. Enjoy a Spicy Hot Dog with pineapple chutney and plantain chips or DOLE Whip. The beverage list is plentiful at the Pineapple Promenade, but the standout is their famous Frozen Desert Violet Lemonade. Other offerings include DOLE Whip with Fanta, BrewDog Hazy Jane IPA, 3 Daughters Brewing Tropical Hefe, Urban Artifact Teak Tropical American Fruit Tart, Playalinda Brewing Company Violet Lemonade Ale, and Florida Orange Groves Winery Sparkling Pineapple Wine.
Jardin de Fiestas
Mexico’s outdoor kitchen is serving up Taco Vampiro - barbacoa beef in a corn tortilla topped with salsa ranchera, esquites, and crispy grilled Monterey jack cheese and NEW Quesadilla de Flor de Calabaza - house-made mada tortillas with bacon, zucchini, cheese, onions, and squash blossoms. Pair your plates with drinks like the NEW Mala Hierba Margarita or NEW Cristal Margarita.
Lotus House
Near China, you’ll find Lotus House, known for its Pan-fried Vegetable Dumplings, House-made Cheesy Crab Wontons, and Spicy Mala Chicken Skewer with creamy peanut sauce. Drink offerings include NEW Tropical Moon, Kung Fu Master, Classic Bubble Milk Tea, Tang Dynasty, and Cherry Blossom Pilsner Draft Beer.
Primavera Kitchen
Italy’s outdoor kitchen has three fresh NEW plates this festival season! Tortelloni Primavera - Spinach tortelloni, pancetta, peas, corn, fava beans, and sweet butter, Caesar con Gamberett - shrimp, Caesar dressing, crispy bread crumble, and baby gem lettuce, and Budino alle Nocciole - chocolate-hazelnut pudding with cookie crumble on top. Pair your Primavera Kitchen bites with Prosecco, Peroni Pilsner, Moscato, Italian Margarita, or Italian Sangria.
Hanami
Japan’s outdoor kitchen, Hanami, is known for its festival staple, Frushi. Two NEW offerings include Creamy Shrimp Udon with shrimp and spring vegetables and Hanami Sushi with lemon-cured salcom, cured mackerel, and soy-marinate tuna. Hanami has three NEW drinks, too - Sakura Cherry Blossom Pilsner, Nigori Dragon Fruit Sake Cocktail, and Hakushika Hana Kohaku Plum Sake.
Fleur de Lys
Enjoy french-inspired flavors like Beignet Caramelise, Fourre Creme Vanille, Glace au Caramel Fleur de Sel, Croissant au Fromage de Chevre, Herbes et Ail Rotie, NEW Tarte Chocolat Mogador - Chocolate tart with walnuts, raspberry coulis, and Valrhona single origin chocolate brownie served warm, and NEW Daube de Boeuf a la Provencal, Compote de Tomate au Romarin Gnocci a la Nicoise - Provencal-style braised beef, nicoise gnocchi, and rosemary tomato. Pair with the famous La Vie en Rose Frozen Slush, NEW Kir ala Poire, VeRy Raspberry, and Kronenbourg Blanc 1664 Draft Beer.
