Walt Disney World's annual celebration of the visual, culinary and performing arts begins Jan. 18th, when the Epcot International Festival of the Arts returns for its third year. This event is included in park admission, and features art galleries throughout Epcot, interactive experiences and hands-on workshops, free Broadway Concert Series performances and – of course – amazing food and drink offerings you can only get during this event. Here are our picks for the Top 5 new dishes to try this year.

Smoked Salmon and Cream Gâteau from The Painter’s Palate
There's no better place to begin your culinary adventure than The Painter's Palate, located in the Odyssey Festival Showplace. Here you'll not only find a gallery filled with pieces of art that have inspired Disney artists throughout the years, but also one of the best new delicacies of the event. The Smoked Salmon and Cream Gâteau is made of alternating layers of smoked salmon and rich egg yolk cream, with Paddlefish Caviar and micro-herbs. This location also offers two platters of Hors d'Oeuvres that are perfect for sharing, including the popular Trio of Savory Croissant Doughnuts.

Beef Wellington from The Artist’s Table
A new dish is joining The Artist's Table by the American Adventure Pavilion, home of the returning favorite Pan-Seared Scallop. The new Beef Wellington is served with a mushroom bordelaise sauce, fennel cream and an assortment of baby vegetables. Order a Sipping Chocolate Flight along side your dishes here for a fun tasting activity. This non-alcoholic flight includes three different types of drinkable chocolate: milk chocolate, dark and white. It's fun for the whole family to try. For adults, they offer an alcoholic version that adds Mozart Cream Liqueurs.

Panna Cotta from The Masterpiece Kitchen
In addition to the Wild Mushroom Risotto and Charcuterie Palette from prior years, The Masterpiece Kitchen in the Canada Pavilion is hosting an all-new dessert for this year's event. The Vanilla, Rose Water and Pistachio Panna Cotta may very well be the most beautiful dish of the year. You may find it hard to take your first bite of this perfectly constructed dome-shaped dessert without snapping a photo or two first. The dish is a vanilla panna cotta with a rose water panna cotta shell, set atop a base of pistachio crumble and topped with an edible flower. Enjoy it with the returning Classic Sidecar drink with a chocolate twist.

Lobster Chips at Refreshment Port
Head to the Refreshment Port in Showcase Plaza near Canada for this culinary twist on a New England dish. Dig into homemade potato chips topped with big chunks of real lobster and covered in a creamy lobster bisque sauce. For a little color and zing, there are some pickled jalapenos sprinkled on top and a drizzle of citrus cream. Pair your magnificent lobster chips with a Glazed Pork Belly Bloody Mary. This over-the-top drink is made with Absolut Vodka, and garnished with pork belly, pickled carrots, celery, stuffed olives and a cherry tomato.

Paintbrush Churros from Taste Track
Hope you saved room for something sweet, because the Paintbrush Churros from Taste Track near the Test Track ride in Future World are just the thing to curb that craving. These scrumptious cinnamon sugar churros have been dipped into colorful white chocolate, like they've been used for painting delicious pieces of art! For an even more decadent experience, wash down your churro with a frosty Pancake Milkshake. Or, for a slightly more refined beverage, try the Banfi Rosa Regale Sparkling Red wine.

The Epcot International Festival of the Arts runs from Jan. 18th to Feb. 25th in 2019. Don't miss out on all the amazing fun activities, free concerts and fun food during the event.
