ZooTampa at Lowry Park just opened their newest ride to much anticipation. Roaring Springs water ride is a thrill and a blast, literally. After getting on the boat, guests cruise through a pristine spring that is surrounded by Tampa’s natural landscape and wildlife. When guests are just getting comfortable in their boat cruising through nature, they come upon a three-story drop that produces such as big splash that not only do you get blasted with water, but so does everyone observing the ride on the Canopy Walk.

Roaring Springs water ride replaced the Flume Ride to give families a bigger and better water ride to enjoy for all and is the best way to beat the Florida heat this summer.

Roaring Springs is the newest attraction at ZooTampa but that’s not all that will be new at ZooTampa. ZooTampa will soon get new upgrades which will expand the Zoo’s capacity to house threatened wildlife from around the state, so more animals will be provided with vital care, rescue and rehabilitation.

Roaring Springs at ZooTampa is presented by Pinch-A-Penny pool supplies. Children must be at least 36” tall and children between 36” and 42” tall must be accompanied by an adult.
