Guests can Celebrate Soulfully all month long at Walt Disney World! Disney is celebrating Black culture and heritage throughout their parks through music, food, and other experiences. Today we’re sharing the ultimate guide to Celebrate Soulfully food offerings found at the Most Magical Place on Earth through February! Let’s start at Epcot where you can also check out the new exhibition “The Soul of Jazz: An American Adventure”, where you can you’ll find artifacts like Louis Armstrong’s Selmer trumpet.

Coral Reef Restaurant at The Seas with Nemo & Friends is serving up Shrimp & Grits that you won’t want to miss. Enjoy a helping of andouille sausage, local corn succotash, cheddar grits, Creole spice emulsion, and sauteed shrimp!
Tiana Banana Pudding
The latest dessert from Regal Eagle Smokehouse: Crafts Drafts & Barbecue is inspired by a new attraction heading to the Magic Kingdom in late 2024. Tiana Bread Pudding features layers of banana pudding and nilla wafers topped with whipped cream and a white chocolate medallion featuring Princess Tiana.

Cinderella’s Royal Table proudly serves select wines from McBride Sisters Wine Company, a black-owned and female-led wine company. Poulet Mariner Au Four
Hollywood & Vine is known for its ever-changing buffet and character dining experience. To celebrate Haitian Flag Day, Poulet Mariner Au Four was added to the buffet menu for a limited time. This dish was created by cast members at Disney’s Hollywood Studios and features baked chicken marinated in spices and served with onions, red peppers, and green peppers.

Your cousin is cooking up a new dish to “celebrate soulfully” this month! Try creole-seasoned shrimp with onions and pepper over cheese grits. Grab this soulful dish while you can at 50’s Prime Time Cafe.
Sweet Potato Lunch Box Tart
If you’re visiting Toy Story Land this month, swing by Woody’s Lunch Box to try this limited-time treat. From now through February 28, 2023, you’ll find a Sweet Potato Lunch Box Tart on the menu. This tart is topped with toasted marshmallows, cinnamon-brown sugar icing, and pecans.
Tiana’s Mardi Gras Milkshake
If you’re looking for king cake in a glass, this milkshake has you covered! Enjoy a cinnamon vanilla milkshake topped with whipped cream and a purple, green, and gold Mardi Gras king cake doughnut. Find it at Hollywood Scoops on Sunset Boulevard until March 31, 2023.

The House of Blues is featuring three drinks that are perfect for this soulful celebration. The first two offerings are beers from Green Bench Brewing, Florida’s only black-owned brewery. The second is a chardonnay from Napa Valley’s first black-owned estate winery, Brown Estates.
Chicken Jambalaya Dog
Enjoy a chicken jambalaya dog on a Tuscan roll topped with smoked sausage, lemon caper aioli, and roasted corn. Find it now through February 28, 2023, at B.B. Wolf’s Sausage Co.
