Universal Orlando’s Halloween Horror Nights is the nation's premiere Halloween event, combining the best in feature film-quality special effects make-up, costumes and detailed sets. Due to popular demand and the incredible growth of this event in recent years, Halloween Horror Nights will begin earlier than ever in 2019.

This year, Halloween Horror Nights will begin on Friday, Sept. 6th. It will run on select nights during the season through Saturday, Nov. 2nd in 2019. Now, for the first time ever, guests that will be visiting the Universal Orlando Resort in early September can have the opportunity to experience the horror themselves.

Halloween Horror Nights is a special event that takes place at Universal Studios Florida on select nights. After the sun goes down and the park closes for regular day guests, the entire park is completely transformed into something a little more sinister. Guests of the event face immersive haunted houses, terrifying scare zones and special live entertainment.

Last year's event featured haunted houses based on some of the top properties in pop culture today, including a house based around the first season of Netflix's incredibly popular Stranger Things. Guests were able to come face to face with the Demogorgon as Eleven and her friends attempted to save the town of Hawkins. The event also features original houses that came straight from the twisted minds of Universal's award-winning creative team.

Mark your calendars and get ready for the scariest and most amazing Halloween event in the country starting on Sept. 6, 2019. More information about Halloween Horror Nights 2019, including specific event dates, this year's houses, a scare zone lineup and more will be revealed in the coming months.
