Beetlejuice soon won’t be able to come back from the dead, even if you do say his name three times. While the beloved Beetlejuice Graveyard Revue was initially set to close December 3, after popular demand, the run has been extended to January 5, 2016. The wacky and wild show at Universal Orlando is closing in order to make room for a new ride based on the Fast & Furious film series. Universal’s newest ride, Fast & Furious – Supercharged will put guests inside the car chases and action of the movies when it debuts in 2017. In an earlier statement, Universal described the ride as being the perfect blend of what you love about the Fast & Furious movies and Universal attractions. The ride begins inside a queue that features some of the cars from the Fast & Furious movies. After taking in the supercharged vehicles, guests will explore the headquarters of Dominic Toretto and the rest of his crew. Then it’s onto your very own specially designed vehicle for the rest of the ride, which features stars from the films.
Beetlejuice Graveyard Revue brings to life everybody’s favorite dead guy, BEETLEJUICE, in a hilarious rock ‘n roll revue featuring Universal’s most iconic monsters. Dracula, the Wolfman, Frankenstein and the Bride of Frankenstein join BEETLEJUICE for a spooktacular featuring comedy, dancing, music, special effects and pyrotechnics like you’ve never seen.
In addition to Beetlejuice Graveyard Revue closing, Universal also closed Disaster: A Major Motion Picture…Starring You! in order to make room for the new Fast & Furious thrill experience.
Stay tuned for more details about Fast & Furious: Supercharge. In the meantime you still have a few more weeks to say BEETLEJUICE! BEETLEJUICE! BEETLEJUICE! with discounted Universal Orlando tickets right here on Best of Orlando.
