Busch Gardens Tampa’s Summer Nights is in full swing. Guests to the park can enjoy thrill rides, dance parties, summer eats and late-night hours. Here are 6 can’t miss experiences at this year’s Summer Nights:

Ride Tigris
Busch Gardens Tampa is known for its many thrill rides, and right now during Summer Nights guests can experience the park’s newest coaster, Tigris in a whole new light, or lack thereof. Florida’s tallest launch coaster takes riders through breathtaking drops, a 150-foot skyward surge and much more at speeds up to 60 miles per hour. Tigris is meant to mimic the agility of world’s largest and most powerful cat - the tiger.

Special Food & Drink
You can’t have a summer festival without some special food and drink. This year, Busch Gardens’ Summer Nights entices tastebuds with such dishes as Buffalo Chicken Planks, Short Rib Nachos, Funnel Cake Fries a Churro Sundae, a Passion Fruit Tequila Mojito or an alcoholic Popsicle. The special food is located in the Stanleyville, Cheetah Hunt and Festival Field area.

DJ Dance Parties
Also in the Stanleyville area and Cheetah Hunt Plaza are high-energy DJs keeping the night full of music and dancing. They get the party started Friday, Saturday and Sunday with festive dancers.

Free Beer
What’s a summer party without beer? The #YearofBeer continues at Busch Gardens. During Summer Nights guests can enjoy two complimentary samples at Garden Gate Café or Kettle Corn in Pantopia.

Busch Gardens Thrill Rides
In addition to Tigris, guests will be able to ride some of Busch Gardens’ other popular roller coasters including Cheetah Hunt, Falcon’s Fury, Cobra’s Curse, SheiKra, Kumba and Montu. And the best part is, you can experience it in the dark of night, which is even more thrilling.

Every Friday, Saturday and Sunday Night, Busch Gardens’ Summer Nights will end with a bang thanks to a spectacular fireworks display. The fireworks show explodes into the night sky at 9:30 p.m.

Busch Gardens Summer Nights runs now through August 11. You can find discounted tickets to the park here on Best of Orlando.
