Disney Springs just got a little spicier. Celebrity Chef Rick Bayless has brought his signature cuisine with his newest restaurant – Frontera Cocina. The authentic Mexican cuisine brings fresh flavors, enticing aromas and stunning views of the Town Center area of Disney Springs, making it a must stop on your next Walt Disney World vacation!
We expect nothing less from the six-time James Beard Foundation award winner and TV celebrity. Bayless became the ultimate “Celebrity Chef” when he beat out other top celebrity chefs on Iron Chef America. He has also won Bravo’s Top Chef masters award, “Outstanding Restaurant” award from James Beard (the highest the foundation gives), two awards for his cookbooks, “Midwest Chef of the Year,” ” National Chef of the Year,” “Humanitarian of the Year” and “Who’s Who of Food and Beverage in America.” Bayless also hosts a PBS series called Mexico-One Plate at a Time. Now he has brought his skills to Disney in the new Frontera Cocina. 
Jump start your night with one of Frontera’s margaritas like the Blood Orange Jalapeño with Casa noble blanco tequila, orange liqeur, blood orange juice, habanero bitters, jalapeno with a tajin chile rim. Enjoy a starter of Sigil Pak, creamy Yucatan pumpkin seed habanero dip; before moving onto the main menu of Shrimp Mojo de Ajo and Carne Asada, Oaxaca Red Chile Chicken, Red Chile Chicken Enchiladas, Shrimp Enchiladas Suizas and more.
Guests can enjoy the food and drinks in one of four dining areas. The front bistro and orange banquet area can watch the open kitchen, while the middle bistro diners can get a peek at the bar area.
Speaking of bar, in just about every seat in the house guests can spot tequila bottles as decor. In fact, the main dining room is surrounded by two walls of tequila bottles.
