If you want a magical, memorable experience you likely know to head to Walt Disney World. If you want to extend that magic well into the evening hours now you can with the special event After Hours at Disney’s Magic Kingdom. The private event is held on select dates throughout the year and is the perfect way to enjoy the magic of the park at night and with less crowds.
As night falls and the park lights up, guests will be able to enjoy legendary attractions, entertainment, tasty treats and more. Plus, in addition to the usual Magic Kingdom magic, guests will also be able to take in the dazzling decor of The World’s Most Magical Celebration during the Walt Disney World 50th Anniversary Celebration now through March 31, 2023.
More than 20 attractions will be open to ride, all with lower wait times than you’d experience during the day. These may include such classics as Haunted Mansion, Buzz Lightyear’s Space Ranger Spin, “It’s a Small World,” Jungle Cruise, Peter Pan’s Flight, Seven Dwarfs Mine Train, Space Mountain and more.
In between rides and attractions make sure to grab a snack including ice cream novelties, popcorn and select bottled beverages at carts located throughout the park. The snacks are included with the price of a ticket, however if you’d like other options the Main Street Bakery and select locations will have additional options available for purchase.
While Disney After Hours doesn’t officially kick off until 10pm (lasting until 1 am) your ticket gets you in at 7 p.m. With these extra few hours you have the opportunity to enjoy even more time amongst the park’s magic including the nighttime spectacular Disney Enchantment.
Disney After Hours takes place on select nights January 9, 2023 to March 27, 2023.
