
Universal Orlando’s new water theme park Volcano Bay will open May 27 and with the wild thrill rides, massive volcano and relaxing beaches will come some Island inspired eats. Universal’s culinary team, led but Corporate Executive Chef Steven Jayson, is excited to feed guests with new and exciting entrees not seen anywhere else in the park.
There will be more than 60 delicious options to choose from including snacks, entrees and desserts. A few main dishes on the menu include a Poke Bowl or Mango BBQ Pulled Pork Sandwich, Island Chicken Salad, Smoked Glazed Hawaiian Ribs with Boniato Mash and Sweet Plantains, Coconut Curry Chicken, Specialty Burgers and more. Plus, adults can enhance their relaxation with a signature cocktail or beer. Guests will find mouthwatering Island flavors at Kohola Reef Restaurant & Social Club, Whakawaiwai Eats, Bambu and The Feasting Frog. There will also be traditional theme park fare like chicken fingers, hamburgers and pizza. Many of the dishes are a part of Volcano Bay’s dining plan.
