
St. Patrick’s Day in Downtown Disney isn’t complete without a stop at Raglan Road, and this year the Irish Pub & Restaurant has unveiled some new Irish food and drink for the annual celebration that is sure to make your St. Patty’s Day a memorable one.
Now in its 10th year of serving up Irish delights, Raglan Road’s dishes have never been tastier. Under the order of Irish Master Chef Kevin Dundon and Chef Heberto Segura in the kitchen, Raglan Road continues to bring guests exactly what they want – traditional Irish food and drink with new flavors and twists. That’s exactly what you’ll get with the new spring menu.
Debuting just in time for the Mighty St. Patrick’s Festival March 13-17, the spring menu will include everything you love about Raglan Road and its food and drink, except with more flavor and fun. It all starts with the Rollicking Raglan Weekend Brunch on Saturdays and Sundays at 10 a.m. Diners will start their brunch with a complimentary sip of Suave Smoothie, a seasonal drink with fresh fruit and honey yogurt. From their, guests can satisfy their Irish tastes with the hearty Pork Hash Tagged, a plate of potato hash with crispy braised pork belly topped with fried eggs and a dollop of puree. The Ellis Isle Steak ‘n Eggs will keep your stomach smiling all day with a grilled New York strip steak, roast potatoes and poached eggs. For something on the lighter side try the Smoked Salmon Potato Cakes. This delicious dish comes with perfectly sliced smoked salmon on top of thin potato cakes with cream fraiche and caper dill vinaigrette. The brunch also includes an Irish farmhouse cheese platter.
Raglan Road’s new menu options extend into lunch and dinner with three new menu items – Cod Cornucopia, pan-roasted cod with crispy skin on top of warm potato salad and a covered in a light drizzle of chorizo vinaigrette. The Proud Pork is a tender pork chop topped with traditional colcannon potato mash with cabbage, buttermilk and onion. Lastly, the Double Joint is a cowboy cut rib-eye steak served with duck fat fries, roast veggies and a salad.
And what’s St. Patty’s Day without a few cocktails? Raglan Road has got you covered with everything from light and flirty to tequila including grapefruit gin and tonic; Strawberry Fields with Prosecco and vodka; Ginger Mojito; Smoking Margarita with tequila and Irish whiskey and many more.
