The new table service restaurant, Sebastian’s Bistro, which made its debut at Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort last October, transports guest’s taste buds to “island time” with surf and turf dishes infused with Latin and Caribbean flavors. And now, Sebastian’s Bistro has updated its dinner menu with even more some island flavors.

The appetizer menu remains relatively the same except for the addition of the Cuban Black Bean Soup. The soup includes stewed black beans with house-made chorizo, jasmine rice and sour cream.

Among the new entree choices are Coconut Shrimp and Grits - hand-breaded jumbo shrimp, cheesy grits, charred corn and roasted pepper coulis and a Red Stripe Fried Cod - batter-fried Atlantic Cod, Bistro fries and remoulade sauce. And while the Caribbean Vegetable Curry remains, the Caribbean Goat Curry has been removed.

The Grilled Skirt Steak “Chimichurri” has been renamed Grilled Skirt Steak and includes yuca, baby bell peppers and chimichurri. It’s also worth noting that guests can now add a Lobster Tail to their main dish.

All desserts on the menu are new with the exception of the Warm Chocolate pudding.

Indulge in the Classic Mile High Key Lime Pie, Mango-passion Fruit Manna Cotta and Caribbean Fruit Sorbets including mango-kiwi, guava and guanabana.

The kid’s menu and Specialty Cocktails and Cocktails have not undergone any changes.

Guests can enjoy the new and old entrees amongst Sebastian’s Bistro’s tropical atmosphere.
