Disney Springs is easily the tastiest place to grab a bite at Walt Disney World. With a wide assortment of offerings, some by celebrity chefs, there are more than enough options for any pallet. While Disney Springs closes around 11 p.m. or 12 a.m. many of the restaurants stay open, offering late night eats. Here are a few of our favorites:
STK Orlando
You don’t have to go all the way to Miami or Vegas to experience a restaurant that blends food and music into one exciting outing. STK Orlando offers upbeat tunes, drinks and delicious fare, all the requirements we look for in a late-night venue. Plus, the rooftop terrace is a nice little addition. STK stays open until 11 p.m. Sunday - Thursday and midnight Friday and Saturday.
Paddlefish
Imagine dining in a spacious, multi-level steamboat. That is exactly what you’ll get at Paddlefish. While the steamboat is stationary it still offers plenty of thrills for your after dark adventures like the rooftop lounge and bar area where you can enjoy sweeping views of Disney Springs with a Southern cocktail. Paddlefish is open until 11 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and midnight Friday and Saturday.
Morimoto Asia
Owned by Iron Chef Morimoto, Morimoto Asia remains one of Disney Springs swankiest restaurants. Get a taste of the delicious food once the sun goes down with a special late night menu available in the restaurant’s Forbidden Lounge from 10 p.m. to close. The menu includes $8 cocktails and eats. The restaurant also offers rooftop seating, perfect for star gazing late at night.
The Boathouse
This nautical-themed restaurant features upscale dining, specializing in seafood and steak. But one of the perks of the restaurant is it’s expansive bar menu. You can enjoy one of The Boathouse’s many drinks while listening to live music and entertainment on the waterfront patio. You can also take a tour on the Italian water taxi in the glowing lake as the sun sets. The Boathouse is often open until 1:30 a.m.
Planet Hollywood Observatory
Planet Hollywood Observatory has gone through some extensive renovations and a mini menu makeover by celebrity chef Guy Fieri. Now, guests can enjoy a large observatory complete with an outdoor lounge, movies projected on the wall, a new menu and more. This place is fun during the day but it just screams late night party. Planet Hollywood Observatory is open until midnight Sunday through Thursday and 1 a.m. on Friday and Saturday.
Raglan Road
For the ultimate late-night experience look no further than Irish pub Raglan Road. Live music, Irish dancers, and authentic Irish cuisine served in a pub that came straight out of Ireland (it really did) what’s not to like? Raglan Road is open until 2 a.m.
