The temps may not feel like it, but we are just a few days away from the start of fall. Orlando theme parks have been tirelessly gearing up for the season change with their annual Halloween and fall events. Here is a complete guide for Fall 2019:
Walt Disney World
Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party - Walt Disney World kicked off fall early this year with the return of Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party at Disney’s Magic Kingdom. Now through November 1, delight in Halloween fun for the entire family including new shows like Disney’s Not So Spooky Spectacular, Hocus Pocus Spelltacular, the processional Boo-to-You Halloween Parade, trick-or-treating in the park and more.
Epcot International Food & Wine Festival - Celebrate fall with food at the Epcot International Food & Wine Festival. The foodie fare includes dozens of Global Marketplaces that let you taste your way around the world, as well as celebrity chefs, seminars, and the always popular Eat to the Beat Concerts.
Halloween Horror Nights - Universal Orlando is all set to scare the pants off of you this fall. The park’s annual Halloween Horror Nights is in full-haunting mode at Universal Studios and includes ten haunted houses, five scare zones, live entertainment and Universal’s usual thrill rides. This year’s Halloween Horror nights will take you back to the ’80’s with haunted houses and scare zones reflecting some of the decade’s biggest horror films and shows.
SeaWorld Spooktacular - From September 21 through October 27, SeaWorld Orlando invites families to enjoy a spooky good time during the park’s annual Spooktacular. Spend the day in an underwater fantasea with an all-new parade, a dance party, trick-or-treating, Sesame Street characters and more.
Praise Wave - The park switches gears in November with Praise Wave, the Christian music festival. On Saturdays from November 2 through November 16 celebrate Christian fellowship and fun with live concerts from the biggest names in Christian music.
Busch Gardens Tampa
Howl-O-Scream - Celebrate 20 years of fear at Busch Gardens Tampa during Howl-O-Scream. The 2019 event unearths long-buried icons of the past and new nightmares for a Howl-O-Scream that is sure to make you scream. The adults-only Halloween event runs September 20 through November 2.
Safari of Fun Kids Weekends - Celebrate Halloween with Elmo, Abby, Grover and all of your Sesame Street friends during Safari of Fun at Busch Gardens Tampa. Weekends October 5 - 27, the park invites guests to wear their Halloween costumes and go trick-or-treating, make crafts, explore through a hay bale maze and play fall-inspired games.
Brick-or-Treat - LEGOLAND Florida is getting in on the halloween fun with Brick-or-Treat. On weekends in October, the park celebrates the spookiest time of year with trick-or-treating, character meet and greets, a Brick-or-Treat Scavenger Hunt, The Tale of Pirates; Cove Fireworks Spectacular and more.
